4 out of 5. Took off point for mainly the install. I got the 2 bundle, and both had issues with the rotor and front brake pad rubbing. I watched youtube to find what adjustments needed done. The overall best of a bike is great. I am personally over 230lbs and feel like it doesnt effect anything along with going uphill. The other small adjustment that caused a buy is the seat is hard without any give. Definitely recommend this for anyone wanting that onroad and offroad ebike.

This being my first ebikes , I ordered two pair for A-3’s . I believe the light weight of the mirrors will not work for me. Plastic .I will be on and off roads and paths. I will be ordering a Jaguar in a few weeks and will look to upgrade the mirrors for that. Any suggestions feel free to reply. Tk u . J Vest

The bike is nice it works well but my concern is the inability to purchase a spare battery to keep on hand as well as the lack of accessories to keep the E bike operational such as a portable solar panel that is able to be plugged into the bike /battery while out on the bike .

Purchased the A2 for a Christmas gift! Best gift ever up to date! Loved the power, handling and payload since I used my A2 for grocery shopping. If it wasn't STOLEN, I wouldn't have to purchase an ebilke alarm, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Man I miss my baby! Waiting on any word from The Police after I filed a Police Report, me being the only one, I think, to have an Aipas in Washington DC. I can go on forever about that bike! I'M GOING TO FIND THEM! Otherwise, Great Bike!
Incredible bike that is well built and easy to assemble. This is a very comfortable riding bike that is very fast. If you want a great looking bike that is fun get one . I have a C2 for my everyday commute and it’s a great bike too. Over 1200 miles on my C2

I bought this bike for my wife who has some ability issues who wanted to strengthen her legs while having fun riding a bike this bike does all of it. It assist her when she needs a little extra help, but also let her strengthen her legs and doesn’t do all the work for her. The bike is very nimble handles very well and is pretty quick!

Hi, you can reach this speed once you lift the speed limit.About the limit speed setting, you can check as following steps. 1/Press the plus '+' and the minus '-' buttons simultaneously for few seconds, then enter the Settings Menu. 2/Press 'switch' button to change the number into '08P' which is the speed limitation setting. 3/Default speed setting is 32 km/h, so press the '+' button to make it higher. 4/Shift the rear derailleur to the 7 speed and press the '+' button to the PAS 5, then you could ride it with about 28 mph.
I will have to tell you that I am very impressed with this bike. The fit and finish is outstanding. The price is amazing, just everything is great.
I will be telling anyone that needs a cargo bike that this is the way to go.
The main thing for me is the duel batteries and at this price point unheard of.
Questions to customer service were outstanding. I had a bike rental business for 35 years and got this for myself. Yes paid retail it's that good...........

My husband and I bought each other a2 elite bikes for our anniversary. We got a great deal because they were on sale. Free shipping and no sales tax (we live in Massachusetts). The shipping came very quickly and the boxes were packed perfectly not a scratch or anything. We took out the bikes the other day for the first time and what a blast!!!! I haven’t riding a bike probably in 40 years and it was a breeze. I didn’t realize how fast these actually go. We had some questions and customer service answered them in a very timely manner.
