I would have never purchased an ebike. Wife researched Aipas and Chose the right eBikes.

Had a flat from a goathead thorn first ride.
Bought 4 Tannus tube protectors and installed them. Spendy but won't have anymore flats hopefully.
The power is amazing. The ride for me is very good. Wife needs a softer ride. I ordered the air shock and the nonose oversized seat. That should make it all much better :)
The brakes are horrible so I will be upgrading to hydraulic soon. Just so Very Pleased with the purchase. Quiet, smooth, fun! Got mine up to 35 mph just because. We ride on mainly orchard area bumpy ground with some steep gravel pothole washboard inclines but we go everywhere with ease!! Soo much fun to ride. Good job Aipas!! Great Product !!
Only been a week, so far so good. chip in paint i could have done without, but I think I can fix that. Haven’t been able to get phone holder to fix properly yet. Overall Satisfied.

The bags fit very nice on the bike they look good on it they're not going to go flying off the rain proof they're very sturdy looking good material very happy with him..
Also someone ripped off my first bag from my porch and they replaced it without no questions asked so their service on this was very good..

Im 6'2", 250lbs. I got about 35miles off the first charge. I rode mostly in PAS 2 and 3, during fall temperatures ranging from 40 to 60 degrees. I would say I got acceptable performance from the battery. The bike is comfortable and easy to ride. Overall I am happy with my purchase.
So far…. We are loving the 2 bikes we purchased. Easy to operate and fun to ride, only ridden a couple times. They came in, great condition.

Very sturdy bikes and easy to assemble. Putting all settings on the lowest level helps you to acclimate to this ebike very quickly. Then you are ready to go.
After spending weeks looking through hundreds of bikes for my son, this is the best selection for this price! Then, the bike came within days and was well packaged. It was easy to assemble and Ive never seen my son as excited. After taking it for a spin, he said with excitement, “this is the best investment he’s made” as I made him earn and pay for it. Even had an opportunity to contact customer service for some questions, and they couldn’t be more helpful, prompt, and so responsive. Now this is the most important thing because it shows that they’re selling something of quality that they can proudly stand behind their product. Highly recommend.

I’ve ridden 5 different styles of ebikes and this M2max is a beast. Just excellent power and range so far. Only reason I haven’t given 5 stars is I haven’t had it long enough. I love this bike.
