When is my card charged?
Your credit card will be charged in full upon placing your order.
This reserves your purchase and ensures the earliest delivery date while your bike is being prepared for shipment.
What payment methods do I have?
We accept all major credit cards including: VISA , Mastercard, Discover, Diners Club, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal.
We also support installment payments through Klarna.
Pre-orders require payment in full at the time of the order.
Can I test ride before purchasing?
You can potentially Test Ride a Aipas eBike with one of our trusted bike shop partners across the country! Check out this link to see if there is a location near you. We're growing our network daily, so keep checking back if you don't see a location near you.
How to use discounts for special groups?
At Aipas, we are offering an extra $50 off all e-bike purchases for first responders/healthcare workers on the frontlines of care, and active/former members of the military. Additionally, this discount is now available to teachers and students.

Does Aipas support international shipping?
We understand our award-winning bikes are on everyone's wish list and we are doing everything we can to fulfill those wishes! At this time, we are unable to ship outside of the continental United States. We hope to expand to further destinations in the future!
Make sure you are subscribed to our email list so you'll be notified when we are able to ship internationally.
Why did I buy two e-bikes but only receive one tracking number or have them arrive at different times?
Since each e-bike is shipped separately, it’s possible that due to the shipping carrier, they may arrive at different times. Please don’t worry. If you have any questions, feel free to contact our customer service department for the latest updates.

How do I get an invoice for my order?
Please contact us after you receive your order through email : service@aipasbike.com. We will send you the invoice.
When will my order ship and by which shipping carrier?
Your order will be delivered to your provided address within 3-8 days. We use major shipping carriers such as FedEx Ground, UPS, and DHL for our deliveries.
Do you support US local pickup?
Currently, most of our products are for pickup, but to ensure quick shipping, our warehouses are located in various cities across the United States. Therefore, please pay attention during checkout to see if there is inventory available for pickup in your area.After successfully placing your order, please wait for the BOL (Bill of Lading) that we will send you before heading to the warehouse for pickup. (Do not go to the warehouse for pickup before receiving the BOL.)

Can I change my delivery address?
No, we are sorry to tell you that we cannot make any changes after order placed, please double check your address, phone number, order detail, and other information ASAP once the order is placed. If you discover a mistake with your purchase, please contact our customer service team immediately.
How can I cancel my order?
Your order can only be canceled before it ships. To cancel the order, please email us: service@aipasbike.com. Canceling order requests may not be available during the weekend or holiday.
How can I return or replace my product?

Does my Aipas E-Bike come pre-assembled?
Your e-bike will arrive partially assembled. There are just a few pieces to put into place once you take the bike out of the box. For unboxing and setup instructions, please follow the guides on our YouTube or click Here
Can it be shipped anywhere in the United States?
In North America, we deliver to Continental United States. Please note we may not be able to ship to certain remote/isolated areas of these regions. If this is the case, we will contact you for alternative solutions.
What's your warranty policy?
Aipas offers a one-year warranty on all e-bikes, for more specific warranties, please check our warranty policy.
What's your return policy?
Customers are allowed to submit a return request within 14 days of delivery via service@aipasbike.com. For more specific return and refund, please check our return policy.
Can I track my item?
After the order is sent, the email will automatically send the tracking number to you, and you can use this tracking number to track. If you cannot receive the email, please contact us as soon as possible and we will track the logistics information for you.
How to find my serial number?
The serial number is usually located beneath the handlebars and consists of a string of letters and numbers starting with "GLX...".
Do I need to assemble the ebike after I receive it?
We have completed 95% of the assembly at the factory. Once you receive your eBike, you only need to tighten the wheel bolts and insert and lock the handlebars and seat into the mounting mechanisms to start riding.You can click here for an example.
How long does it take to recharge the battery?
About 4-5 hours.
What is the top speed and range of your ebike?
The top speed of A2E Folding Ebikes are 28mph and the range is 62 miles.
The top speed of A4 Folding Ebikes are 28mph and the range is 62 miles.
The top speed of F3 Adventurer Ebikes are 28mph and the range is 74 miles.
The top speed of M1 and M2 Ebike are 30+mph and the range is 74 miles.
The top speed of C1 and C2 Ebike are 28mph and the range is 68 miles.
The top speed of A6 Cargo Ebikes are 28mph and the range is 155 miles.

How do I deal with accessories replacement and repair?
Aipas provides free accessories for you to replace, just contact our customer service at service@aipasbike.com for more details.
Is the e-bike waterproof and suitable for riding in rainy conditions?
All our models' electrical components meet IPX6 waterproof standards and have some waterproof capability. However, for your safety, please try to avoid riding in rainy weather.
Is it easy to ride when the battery is depleted?
We use Shimano 7-speed gear system, making pedaling effortless even without motor assistance.
Can power be quickly cut off in emergencies?
For rider safety, we have equipped our bikes with a power cut-off brake lever. Squeezing the brake lever cuts off power to the motor instantly (brake priority design), ensuring safety in any situation.

Here are our policies about shipping, return & refund, warranty.
What tire pressure should be maintained?
Before riding, ensure tires are adequately inflated. Check the required tire pressure on the tire sidewall. On rough terrain, slightly reduce tire pressure to mitigate the risk of punctures. Recommended pressures vary by model:
- C1/C2: Recommended max 3.5 bar, not exceeding 4.5 bar
- M2: Recommended 1.4 bar
- A2, A4, F3: Recommended 2.5 bar
Which gear should be used on rough or muddy slippery roads?
Avoid using low PAS levels on muddy terrain to prevent sudden motor power output that could reduce tire traction and cause slipping.

Is there a risk of slipping during high-speed riding or emergency braking?
All our tires feature all-terrain designs to ensure exceptional grip on various road surfaces, significantly reducing the risk of slipping during sharp braking.
Can the battery be removed for charging?
The battery is designed to be removable, allowing you to charge it anywhere.
Do you offer Financing?

How tall can ride the bike?
For A2E folding ebike height range from 4'10'' to 6' 3"; For A6 cargo ebike, height range from 4'11'' to 6'2"; For A8 electric trike, height range from 4'2" to 6'2"

Can I use it during rainy days?
Yes, our ebikes are IPX6 waterproof. You can ride our Aipas bikes in the rain or through a puddle. Do take note that we do not recommend riding during heavy rain due to safety reasons. Also, do not use high-pressured jets to clean the bike. This is to avoid damaging the electrical components.
Can my ebike seat be replaced?
Yes, the seat is not fixed, the seat can be replaced and the height adjusted.
Is battery charging safe?
Our batteries are UL certified for safety with features like overcharge and overheat protection. They automatically stop charging when safety thresholds are reached.
How to maintain an e-bike for optimal performance?
1. Regularly applying lubricant.
2. Checking all bolts and screws on electric bike for tightness.
3. Clean the e bike often.
4. Checking and maintaining the proper tire.
5. Regularly checking and replacing brake.
How to maximize battery life?
1.Use original battery charger, use of other models or brands may bring about safety issues;
2.Don’t run out of the battery for your each ride. Normally when the battery power comes to 20%, try to fully charge the battery to prolong its life span.
3.Do not leave batteries unused for extended periods of time. Charge or discharge the battery to approximately 50% of capacity before storage. Charge the battery at least once per two months. Store the battery separately from the product in a dry and ventilated environment.
How to maintain ebike motor?
1. Avoid getting your motor wet (even if a good quality motor is somewhat waterproof, there is no guarantee that it can be submerged in water for a long time without damage)
2. Keep your motor and the rest of the bike clean
3. Don't expose your e-bike to high temperatures (over 100 degrees Fahrenheit)
4. Oil the chain, gears, bearings and other moving parts regularly
5. Take your e-bike to an expert for regular service and maintenance checks
