How to remove speed restrictions

About the limit speed setting, you can check as following steps

1) Press the plus '+' and the minus '-' buttons simultaneously for few seconds, then enter the Settings Menu.

2) Press 'switch' button to change the number into '08P' which is the speed limitation setting.

3) Default speed setting is 32 km/h, so press the '+' button to make it higher.

Do I need to assemble the ebike after I receive it?

We have completed 95% of the assembly at the factory. Once you receive your eBike, you only need to tighten the wheel bolts and insert and lock the handlebars and seat into the mounting mechanisms to start riding.You can click here for an example.

How long does it take to recharge the battery?

About 4-5 hours.

How do I deal with accessories replacement and repair?

Aipas provides free accessories for you to replace, just contact our customer service at service@aipasbike.com for more details.

Is the e-bike waterproof and suitable for riding in rainy conditions?

All our models' electrical components meet IP65 waterproof standards and have some waterproof capability. However, for your safety, please try to avoid riding in rainy weather.

What tire pressure should be maintained?

Before riding, ensure tires are adequately inflated. Check the required tire pressure on the tire sidewall. On rough terrain, slightly reduce tire pressure to mitigate the risk of punctures. Recommended pressures vary by model:

  • 2.0 Tire: Recommended max 3.5 bar, not exceeding 4.5 bar
  • 3.0 Tire: Recommended 2.5 bar
  • 4.0 Tire: Recommended 1.4 bar
  • S1 Dirt bike: Recommended 2.0 bar

Can the battery be removed for charging?

The battery is designed to be removable, allowing you to charge it anywhere.

Why is there no tracking information when I check my tracking number?

No worries! It can take FedEx 2–3 business days to update the tracking info after your order leaves the warehouse. If there’s still no update after three days, please contact us—we're happy to help!

Accessories arrive with the bike?

Some accessories may be shipped separately in different packages. Don’t worry—if you have any questions, feel free to reach out to our customer service team

Why did I buy two e-bikes but only receive one tracking number or have them arrive at different times?

Since each e-bike is shipped separately, it’s possible that due to the shipping carrier, they may arrive at different times. Please don’t worry. If you have any questions, feel free to contact our customer service department for the latest updates.

How do I get an invoice for my order?

Please contact us after you receive your order through email: service@aipasbike.com. We will send you the invoice.

When will my order ship and by which shipping carrier?

Your order will be delivered to your provided address within 3-8 days. We use major shipping carriers such as FedEx Ground, UPS, and DHL for our deliveries.

Can I change my delivery address?

No, we are sorry to tell you that we cannot make any changes after order placed, please double check your address, phone number, order detail, and other information ASAP once the order is placed.  If you discover a mistake with your purchase, please contact our customer service team immediately.

How can I cancel my order?

Your order can only be canceled before it ships. To cancel the order, please email us: service@aipasbike.com. Canceling order requests may not be available during the weekend or holiday.

How can I return or replace my product?

Can it be shipped anywhere in the United States?

We deliver to Continental United States. Please note we may not be able to ship to certain remote/isolated areas of these regions. If this is the case, we will contact you for alternative solutions.

Can I track my item?

After the order is sent, the email will automatically send the tracking number to you, and you can use this tracking number to track. If you cannot receive the email, please contact us as soon as possible and we will track the logistics information for you.

Daily Maintenance

Can I use it during rainy days?

Yes, our ebikes are IP65 waterproof. You can ride our Aipas bikes in the rain or through a puddle. Do take note that we do not recommend riding during heavy rain due to safety reasons. Also, do not use high-pressured jets to clean the bike. This is to avoid damaging the electrical components.

Is battery charging safe?

Our batteries are certified for safety with features like overcharge and overheat protection. They automatically stop charging when safety thresholds are reached.

How to maintain an e-bike for optimal performance?

1. Regularly applying lubricant.

2. Checking all bolts and screws on electric bike for tightness.

3. Clean the e bike often.

4. Checking and maintaining the proper tire.

5. Regularly checking and replacing brake.

How to maximize battery life?

1.Use original battery charger, use of other models or brands may bring about safety issues;

2.Don’t run out of the battery for your each ride. Normally when the battery power comes to 20%, try to fully charge the battery to prolong its life span.

3.Do not leave batteries unused for extended periods of time. Charge or discharge the battery to approximately 50% of capacity before storage. Charge the battery at least once per two months. Store the battery separately from the product in a dry and ventilated environment.

How to maintain ebike motor?

1. Avoid getting your motor wet (even if a good quality motor is somewhat waterproof, there is no guarantee that it can be submerged in water for a long time without damage)
2. Keep your motor and the rest of the bike clean
3. Don't expose your e-bike to high temperatures (over 100 degrees Fahrenheit)
4. Oil the chain, gears, bearings and other moving parts regularly
5. Take your e-bike to an expert for regular service and maintenance checks
