Cruise Control & Motorcycle-Style Hand-Twist Throttle
Using a motorcycle-style twist throttle allows for more precise speed control. Once you reach your desired speed by twisting the throttle, simply press and hold the “-” button to activate cruise mode. The eBike will maintain that speed until you lightly tap the brakes to deactivate it.

What is the biggest feature of C1?
Compared to C2, our C1 lowers the overall frame height, making it more accessible for customers looking for a sportier riding style and enhancing comfort during rides. Of course, if conditions allow, we still recommend purchasing the C2, as its frame is better suited for riders over 5.1 feet tall.
Will there be safety risks with the battery?
Our battery is UL certified, so there are no issues with everyday use. However, it's advisable to avoid placing it near sources of fire or other hazardous areas. Additionally, all our vehicle batteries and accessories are rated IPX6 for water resistance, meaning they can operate even in rainy weather. Nevertheless, for safety reasons, it's best not to use them in rainy conditions.
Does my height suit the C1?
The recommended rider height is 4'5" - 6'5".
What is frame made of?
Our C1 commuter ebike's frame is made of High-Step Aluminium alloy. The aluminum alloy frame is lighter in weight, has excellent corrosion resistance, is high in strength, and can withstand greater loads.
Do I need to assemble the bike?
We have already assembled 90% of the bike. You just need to tighten the wheel bolts, install the seat, and attach a few small components, and you'll be ready to go.
Why did I buy two e-bikes but only receive one tracking number or have them arrive at different times?
Since each e-bike is shipped separately, it’s possible that due to the shipping carrier, they may arrive at different times. Please don’t worry. If you have any questions, feel free to contact our customer service department for the latest updates.

We’re having so much fun with our new bikes. We’ve gone ride several times and haven’t recharged the battery yet.
The wife and I just took out our C1 bikes (1100w motor) for a 15-mile trip. We live in a very hilly area, and the pedal assist works very well. We still like to get a little exercise, so it was nice to be able to pedal and just get the extra oomph when needed. I did cheat a bit and use only the throttle which works great.
We like the C1 because it wasnt a fat tire and had a setp through frame. Wish we would hve gotten 1 black and 1 white instead of 2 white bikes, but that was our mistake not Aipas.
Looking forward to many more rides.
We received our bikes when expected. They were very well packaged for shipment. Very glad we found a You Tube video to watch showing how to put the bikes together. The bikes seem very well built. We were able to only ride them once before the weather turned cold. Everything works as expected. The break pads make a little noise but hopefully will go away as they are broke in. We tried adjusting the breaks with no success.

The best bike
We bought two of them and have been using for a week. Overall no problem and very nice e-bike. Battery lasts long. Seats are uncomfortable but not a deal breaker. It deserves five stars considering price and performance.
