Motor 1800W Power
The Max features a 1800W outer rotor BLDC motor. The motor is equipped with a 5-level pedal assist system (PAS). At level 1 PAS, the controller can deliver a torque of up to 110 Nm, while at level 5 PAS, the speed can reach 36MPH or higher. The motor utilizes a sinusoidal wave structure and can rotate at a speed of 4478 revolutions per minute within one minute. The BLDC motor boasts low interference, low noise, smooth operation, high speed, high temperature resistance, and a longer lifespan (over 200,000 hours), ensuring stability and reliability in various complex environments and prolonged riding sessions.

What’s the difference between the M1 Max and M1 Pro?
While maintaining the exceptional quality of the M1 Pro, the M1 Max takes it a step further with two major upgrades: a center-mounted adjustable air suspension and fully hydraulic brakes. These enhancements deliver a smoother, more comfortable ride and greatly improved safety on every journey.
Will there be safety risks with the battery?
Our battery is UL certified, so there are no issues with everyday use. However, it's advisable to avoid placing it near sources of fire or other hazardous areas. Additionally, all our vehicle batteries and accessories are rated IPX6 for water resistance, meaning they can operate even in rainy weather. Nevertheless, for safety reasons, it's best not to use them in rainy conditions.
What services are included in the sale price?
The price includes shipping insurance, a 1-year warranty, and unlimited technical support. We've also taken care of the 5%–15% sales tax for you—no additional tax will be charged at checkout.
Do you support US pickup?
Currently, most of our products are for pickup, but to ensure quick shipping, our warehouses are located in various cities across the United States. Therefore, please pay attention during checkout to see if there is inventory available for pickup in your area.After successfully placing your order, please wait for the BOL (Bill of Lading) that we will send you before heading to the warehouse for pickup. (Do not go to the warehouse for pickup before receiving the BOL.)

Do I need to assemble the bike?
We have already assembled 90% of the bike. You just need to tighten the wheel bolts, install the seat, and attach a few small components, and you'll be ready to go.

What's your return policy?
Customers are allowed to submit a return request within 14 days of delivery via service@aipasbike.com. For more specific return and refund, pls check our return policy.
Why did I buy two e-bikes but only receive one tracking number or have them arrive at different times?
