RETURN & REFUND POLICY
If you’re not satisfied with any part of your purchase or gifting experience for any reason at all, please read the following carefully to understand our return policy. We hope you will be pleased with your purchase.
We process orders very quickly to ensure the fastest delivery possible. We cannot make any change after 2 hours, so please double confirm your address, phone number, order detail, and other information ASAP once the order is placed.
Once your order has gone into a processing queue with our distribution center, we cannot make any changes to the order. If you discover a mistake with your purchase, please contact our customer service team immediately.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
In the event that we ship the wrong product(s) to you, we take full responsibility for the shipping fees associated with returning the incorrect item(s) and shipping the correct item(s) to you.
If you receive a product with quality issues, such as defects or damages, we will cover the shipping fees for the return of the faulty product and the delivery of a replacement item.
For all other cases, including returns or exchanges due to personal preferences or change of mind, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fees of per ebike
Return of Unused Items Within 14 Days of Receipt.
All buyers must return our original items within 14 Calendar Days of Receipt in order to get the full refund with no restocking fee; for a full refund(not include return shipping fee and unboxing fee) on merchandise (not used, not damaged, or not missed parts) accompanied by the original receipt within 14 Calendar Days of purchase. The refund will be issued within 5 Business Days to the original payment method after our RMA department inspects the bike. Please note that all buyers will be responsible for the costs of returning the items unless we delivered the items to you in error.
Return Unused Items After 14 Days
If the buyer changes his/her mind about a purchase and returns an item in the original condition without the return window, it may incur up to a 20% stocking fee /handle fee. The refund will be issued within 5 Business Days to the original payment method after our RMA department inspects the bike.
Returns are not allowed after 30 days of the delivery date.
We will not accept any returns after 30 days from the delivery date. All used items must return within 30 days free from any damage. Electric bikes must have less than thirty (30) miles on the odometer. Otherwise, we will charge up to 35% restocking fee/ handle fee.
If you refuse delivery of an order that you asked us to ship to you, we reserve the right to charge a 15% handling fee per ebike. We cannot change, intercept, or cancel orders that have already shipped. If you refuse delivery, we will treat your order as a return if it arrives back to us and issue a refund for the purchase price via your original payment method. Please note, in order to receive a refund, you must notify Aipas Ebike of any shipment refusal. Failure to do so will cause a significant delay in the receipt of your refund for any refused items.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase of an ebike, you may return the undamaged ebike to Aipas Ebike within 30 days of receiving it for a refund. There will be a $140 unboxing fee for any opened items. For unopened items returned, there will be a $70 shipping fee per item.
To better process your return request, please make sure you have met the return eligibility:
1. Products should be in their original condition, unused, and with all original accessories and packaging.
2. Products that are damaged, incomplete, or show signs of use are not eligible for return.
3. Products must be in working order and free from any defects that hinder their proper functioning.
4. The e-bike must have less than 10 miles on the odometer.

Due to return shipping carrier restrictions, battery purchases are non-returnable. High-capacity lithium-ion battery shipping restrictions prohibit consumer's ability to return batteries via shipping carriers.
Return Procedures, COD and Timing.
Don't hesitate to contact the customer service team at https://aipasbike.com/pages/contact. Once we have received and processed your return, we will respond to the email address on file and update you on the status of the return. No return material authorization (RMA) number is needed for the buyer to return the purchase. We do not accept cash on delivery (COD) payment for any purchase. In general, you may see your refund credit back to your original payment method within 72 hours/ 3 days of processing (or on your following paper statement)
Return Shipping Cost:
All return costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are returning an Ebike please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
No Bike Shop Returns/ Exchanges. Please note that each of our distributors, partner bike shops or dealers has its own return and exchange policies and procedures. We do not accept returns of items purchased from other channels/platforms/distributors/partner bike shops or dealer shops.

The customer cancels the order before the package is shipped
If you cancel the accessory order that was placed in 2 hours, the processing fee will not be charged.
The customer cancels the order after the package is shipped
If your order is shipped and cannot be modified, you may reject the package and 15%of the ebike cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
About refund difference price

Quality Issues Refund
1. Within 30 days: Free return or exchange for defective products. Shipping fee can not be refunded
2. Over 30 days:Return is not acceptable; Accept exchange new product or partial refund
Must take a photo of the item in its original packaging to share with our Product Support team.
Non-quality Issues Refund
Only refund within 30 days: unworn, Unopened package, unused, or the ebike must have less than ten (10) miles on the odometer, be free of any wear and tear, dirt, dust, fragrance, or any other signs of use and must be in the same packaging and condition that you receive it, and must include all items that were inside the box (charger, keys, hardware, etc.).. We will deduct the shipping fee of $200/pc when we are making a refund for non-defective e-bikes/No-longer needed e-bikes ($280/pc for A6 cargo ebike/A8 electric trike).
Quality Issues Reimbursement
If you believe your item is defective and was purchased within the last 1 year from our authorized dealer, please contact us at email@example.com, and provide photos or videos that containing the actual defects as there may be a simple fix for your problem. Aipas support team could provide you with technical solutions.
