    The delivery and setup instructions were great . I thought I had a large bag for the back coming but haven’t seen it yet. The seat & mirrors are being put on by the bike shop I have checking the bike out. Have not ridden yet but no problems expected.

    Easy to install. Not big or bulky. They add to my ride. Having them on my bike is great. I still turn my head to see the blind spot but I feel more confident navigating city traffic.

    Heavy duty bikes with a very smooth ride. Let my wife ride a bike again. Gearing makes moving the heavy bike as easy as you want while the motor gives it real power.

    Was surpisingly easy to put together, just pretty much had to put on the front fender and wheel. The hard part was removing all the padding. Very sturdy construction; front basket and rack are coated steel not wire. Battery took a few hours to get to full charge but seems to last pretty well (I’ve only gone 7 miles so far)

    Overall very nice and I am very pleased with my purchase.

    The bike is great so far, I have question on total weight for the bike is 187, but you advertise Max way to 400 pounds when I bought the bike. Please advise my weight 200 pounds.

    These are the best electric bikes that I have ridden out of all of the ones that I have ridden we really love our M1 and M2 Pros would like to have some replacement stickers though the ones that says apis bikes one apparently got damaged in shipping but I am not going to take the time to take pictures and all of that to send them to you it's just a sticker would buy more if I could buy over the phone for accessories and things that's one big thing you guys need help with the wife really loves her in M1 pro it's purple.
