Just the seat is uncomfortable
Was nervous at first ordering online, lots of scammer sites out there, ordered directly from company, fast delivery,easy assembly, impressive quality= one happy customer
Had to settle for a different color bike, black was on backorder. I wish they would of told me before waiting til I asked why it wasn't shipping. Got both bikes in seven days after that. Offered product to make me happy. Still waiting on broken mount replacement...

I would give it 5 stars but the 2nd day I rode it the tire was totally flat with no outside puncture wounds but other than that it's a good bike

The bike is everything that you expect it to be. The only thing I don’t like is the brakes.
They fit great they're very snug easy to see out of I've dropped my bike a couple times they're very sturdy and durable I would buy them again ✌️
This thing is awesome! Way more robust than I was expecting. Can’t wait to receive the front mount basket so I can take to dog for a ride.
Overall, a very nice E-Bike. With the availability to upgrade the speed to 36 MPH, you really need to upgrade the brakes to Hydraulic brakes. Also would like to be able to upgrade the tires to a puncture-resistant tire like Kevlar to help reduce flats. The handle bar extention is also a nice upgrade along with mirrors. For the price this is a very good option to get into the E-Bike space and can custimize it the way you want it and still be well under the $2,000 range that most bikes are in with the same otions. Would like to see an option to buy a small "rescue" battery that you can have in the back storrage bag for those moments when you need a few extra miles to get you home. The full replacement battery is half the cost of the bike.
I really like the look of the M2-Pro but like the functionality of the M1-Pro so I bought one of each. Side note: these are very heavy bikes, built like tanks and weigh about as much one also so if you have a carrier for the back of your vehichle, you need one that has ranps because your not lifiting this bike up onto anything.
This is my first E-bike. It was packed very well so it would not be damaged in shipping. So far great bike, very quick. It is a heavy bike, wasnt quite ready for that. Assembly wasnt difficult but I am used to bikes and their components.
These were super easy to install and very secure (four screws on top, 6 straps in total). If they were just about half an inch longer, My laptop would fit better, but I am still able to get it in there and completely cover it. Only issue I have is that when they're empty, one side tends to curve around the end of the rack and rub on the wheel. Not quite sure what to do, other than to just keep something in the pockets.
Had it for a day already rode around. Man the m2 pro is fast. Never rode an electric bike before so this is new getting the hang of it great bike will update later miles. Brakes could be strong though hydraulics maybe for the speed defintiely need stronger brakes
We are really enjoying are bikes. They look great and ride is very smooth. I purchased two M2 Pro bikes. The only regret that I have is I should have bought one M1 Pro instead. I’m 5’5” so the M2 Pro is tall but I make it work.
This is my new daily driver to and from work, I only work a mile away from my house so not far but I take the bike out multiple times a day just to go ride, I find that the more I ride this bike the more I want to ride the bike and can't wait for the next time I get to take it out. This bike is awesome and I highly recommend, I talked one of my co-workers into buying one after they took mine for a drive.
Easy to assemble…smooth ride,sturdy construction. The bike is very heavy if you are trying to transport it though it really takes a strong individual or two people to pick it up to load on a pickup. You really need a ramp. Other than that, it’s been fun learning all the bikes features which there are many..

The bike is very robust and fast I’m 6.3” 268lb and this bike pulls me around like nothing. And it is a looker to boot
After much review of many E-Bikes on the market that would fit my wife's and my need for a cruiser bike we are very happy that we selected Aipas.
- Why did we buy Aipas? Value, Performance, Product Quality, Price.
- The M1 speed and power is great. 35 mph max. PAS 4 will cruise at 23.8 mph. The power makes long ride enjoyable and steep uphills a breeze.
- The bike is relatively heavy but it stabilizes it at higher speeds. The trade off is very beneficial if you like confidence when on a bike. :) The large 4" tires add in stability as well.
- Bikes arrived 5 days after purchase!
- The additional accessories that came with the purchase of the bike just rounds out the package to ensure you have a very functional bicycle after assembly.
- The colors are great as well. We selected the purple and Cyan.
- Customer service always followed up with us even after I ordered the wrong color. They took care of it and we got the colors I was attempting to order. :)
- We had some of the accessories backorder but it was initially communicated to use along with in stock date. We received all accessories in a timely manner.
This is my third Aipas. I have two M2s and a C1. Ordering and delivery was easy. The bike was carefully packaged and was fully protected during shipping. Assembly was easy. The quality of the bike and components are above the cost.
They’re perfect, I can view both sides, I believe & highly recommended
