So far so good. Def doesnt go as far on one charge as advertised.

This bike is big. Well made and easy to assemble. I had no problem getting it put together. I am 6 foot tall and my wife is 5’2”. I bought 2 M2 pros thinking she could ride it if I put the seat all the way down and adjust the handle bars. Still too big for her to ride safely. So they are working with me to exchange it for the M1pro. I am hopeful that she can handle it better. If not I am going to have to purchase a different style for her. Customer service is helpful but it’s all through E-Mail so slow. But so far so good.

Had to settle for a different color bike, black was on backorder. I wish they would of told me before waiting til I asked why it wasn't shipping. Got both bikes in seven days after that. Offered product to make me happy. Still waiting on broken mount replacement...

I would give it 5 stars but the 2nd day I rode it the tire was totally flat with no outside puncture wounds but other than that it's a good bike

The bike is everything that you expect it to be. The only thing I don’t like is the brakes.
They fit great they're very snug easy to see out of I've dropped my bike a couple times they're very sturdy and durable I would buy them again ✌️
This thing is awesome! Way more robust than I was expecting. Can’t wait to receive the front mount basket so I can take to dog for a ride.
Overall, a very nice E-Bike. With the availability to upgrade the speed to 36 MPH, you really need to upgrade the brakes to Hydraulic brakes. Also would like to be able to upgrade the tires to a puncture-resistant tire like Kevlar to help reduce flats. The handle bar extention is also a nice upgrade along with mirrors. For the price this is a very good option to get into the E-Bike space and can custimize it the way you want it and still be well under the $2,000 range that most bikes are in with the same otions. Would like to see an option to buy a small "rescue" battery that you can have in the back storrage bag for those moments when you need a few extra miles to get you home. The full replacement battery is half the cost of the bike.
I really like the look of the M2-Pro but like the functionality of the M1-Pro so I bought one of each. Side note: these are very heavy bikes, built like tanks and weigh about as much one also so if you have a carrier for the back of your vehichle, you need one that has ranps because your not lifiting this bike up onto anything.
