Totally 100% are in love with our bikes they live up to everything they claim I would purchase 1000 times over
Battery life is not half as good as advertised. I got 11 miles in, with 80% being all electric and it dropped to 2 bars. Would NEVER get close to the full 40 miles as advertised. Disappointed.
I switched bikes. I have the M1 Pro. I’m so happy. I made the correct choice. I have received so many compliments that I have lost count. Thanks Aipas. Customer Service Rocks!

The M1 Pro Xterrain ST is a blast to ride. Being a senior citizen, with arthritis, the step thru is easy to get on and off. The speed and ease of peddling is amazing. I haven't fully unlocked the PAS for maximum speed yet, but I will be doing that soon.
I was a little skeptical about buy a bike without trying it first. I bought the combo pair of an M1 and M2 first. The M2 was difficult for an old guy to get his leg over the seat. My wife had the M1 from the order. So I ordered a second M1 for myself and sold the M2.
The quality of the bikes are great. The first order arrived rather quickly, the second order was a little slower. It took 4 weeks to arrive. I kept in contact with customer service and was pleased with their response. The instructions were great for putting the bike together. It’s minor stuff anyone can do. There are videos on the Aipas website and YouTube that answer any questions you might have.
I highly recommend buying one of these bikes. Especially if you're a senior (get the M1 Step thru), it will open up a whole new world of fun.

I love my bright blue bike. It’s been so much fun biking on old rail trails in our state. Are there a few things that could be better yes. But for the price I’m thrilled!
So far I am enjoying getting familiar with my Aipas ebike. I have yet to take it on a
biking trail. I wanted to get use to riding and operating all the features prior to adventuring out among other riders. I can't keep my son and grandson off it. They will probably be getting their own soon. I can't wait until I feel comfortable enough to hit the Silver Comet Trail here in GA!

We bought 2 bikes and were expecting free shipping but we could not figure out how to make that offer work and went ahead and ordered them anyway. After ordering I explained the issue to customer service through email and received a quick response and said they would be happy to to honor that if I could show where we saw free shipping we did and they responded right away that we would be credited the shipping as soon as we received our bikes. I emailed that our bikes arrived and we were credited the shipping the next morning. Very happy with the customer service and our bikes. Very easy to put together great quality and so much fun !
Comfortable to ride and easy to assemble excellent bike for the price
At 5,2" tall, this bike feels a bit too tall for me with my tippy toes barely touching the ground. I can't imagine 4'1" using this e-bike as it states is appropriate. It's quite heavy at 65#, so if I'm challenged by the slightest hill from a stop, I have a hard time getting in a full pedal rotation so the e-bike feature will kick in to get me going. There is a learning curve when it comes to gears. I'm not sure when to use gears and when not to use them. But "modes" for this e-bike are fantastic at the press of a button and if you kick it up into a higher mode, you can take off a bit like a rocket, which is quite fun. I bought this e-bike for my 12 year old grandson to use getting to school. Asthma is a challenge for him riding up hills, so I hoped the pedal assist would make it easier. I have ridden this e-bike to the school and it zips right along despite his school being located high upon a mountainous hill. Unfortunately, the weight of the bike, it's power, and his height at 5'1" requires us to wait before entrusting him with this as a transportation mode to school, especially with heavy traffic during start and end school times. We will take him to empty parking lots and roads not frequently trafficked to help him learn this e-bike. A helmet is a must, as this is a fun, fast ride that provides an invigorating adventure. We like the folding feature, info screen, cell phone holder, rear bike rack, horn, lights, and ease of charging. The battery stays charged for a good long ride too. Incredibly pleased with the price at less than $700!
This bike accommodates large men 6'4" 300 lbs plus!!
My wife of 5'9'' and slender also fits with adjustment.
