I bought my e-bike to ride while out camping. So far I’ve put about 25 miles on it and it’s been great. Easy setup to. Also did the adjustment on it to get the max speed.

Took my first 20 mile ride on Sunday and the bike rode perfectly. I had plenty of power assist while pedaling and my battery power never went down. I loved the ease of changing powers, and the large color digital display. I received many compliments on the beautiful appearance and I couldn’t quit bragging about all the features and performance.
The saddle bags are great . I wish the had screws to hold it on . The only negative for me is. I still love the bags
The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was due to the lack of customer service. To be honest, I thought this was a scam because I couldn't get ahold of anyone for 3 days. I'm pleased to say that it wasn't a scam and I love these bikes and would recommend them to everyone.
The Aipas oversized seat is the most comfortable bike seat ever! Beats the Jaison oversized seat by a mile!!
This is a well-built and sturdy basket. Perfect fit on my two M1's. Easy install. You can either use the hardware already on the luggage rack, or use the hardware and wrench that are included in the basket. Shipping was fast and it arrived undamaged. Highly recommend!
I'd give four stars but the bike only goes 20 mph. Not 28 mph as advertised.

Received both bikes in a well insulated package with everything in perfect condition. Put both bikes together with no trouble at all.
Just completed setting the two bikes up and it went smooth.

im 125 lbs and 5 ft tall the bike goes faster then advertised considering my weight, goes up to 35 mph when adjusted all the settings! I’m very happy
So far, I really like my Purple M1 Pro. The ebike was shipped in a very well packed box. Th M1 Pro feels like a solidly built ebike and the mileage range appears to be excellent. The power is very good as I have had it off-road and gone up some pretty steep hills without any issues. I like the display and all the options with it and the headlight is very bright. The brakes work well with a little bit of adjustment. The YouTube videos AIPAS has posted are extremely helpful. We now have 3 AIPAS bikes in our family and are very happy with them.
