Aipas offers a 1-year warranty service. For vehicle issues not caused by human error, there are three solutions:
1-Contact Aipas staff to have replacement parts shipped to you.
2-Have the vehicle repaired at a local repair shop and provide proof of payment, after which Aipas will reimburse the cost.
3-If there is an Aipas dealer nearby, you can take the vehicle to them for repairs. Aipas will reimburse all related expenses to the dealer.

BAFANG 1500W Power
The M2 features a 1500W outer rotor BLDC motor from the BAFANG sub-brand. The motor is equipped with a 5-level pedal assist system (PAS). At level 1 PAS, the controller can deliver a torque of up to 110 Nm, while at level 5 PAS, the speed can reach 30MPH or higher. The motor utilizes a sinusoidal wave structure and can rotate at a speed of 4478 revolutions per minute within one minute. The BLDC motor boasts low interference, low noise, smooth operation, high speed, high temperature resistance, and a longer lifespan (over 200,000 hours), ensuring stability and reliability in various complex environments and prolonged riding sessions.
Equipped with Samsung 48V 13Ah battery
The M2 electric bike, powered by Samsung 21700 battery cells, offers several advantages in terms of battery performance. Compared to traditional 18650 cells, 21700 cells typically have higher capacity, allowing them to store more energy. Additionally, the energy density is increased by 6% compared to 18650 batteries, meaning that in the same volume, 21700 batteries can provide longer range or higher power output. Moreover, the M2 electric bike features a quick-detach battery structure, making it easier to replace and maintain, providing users with a more convenient experience. Furthermore, the battery of this electric bike achieves an IPX6 rating, demonstrating excellent waterproof performance, ensuring reliable operation in various complex environments.

Originally the M2 was in stock and the C2 wasn’t. I didn’t know this until I inquired about it. So we got 2 M2 bikes instead. Both bikes were shipped and got here in good amount of time. We’ve been very happy with the bikes. They have plenty of power and battery range has never been an issue. Very happy about the purchase.
We love the bikes they are solid and easy to assemble. It’s Really comfortable. I still haven’t received the other cell phone holder . We paid for two only one arrived . We road the bay bridge to Angel Island . Thanks for the experience this was a great investment
We recently got 2 bikes, arrived quickly. My only issue, the right side pedal(crank arm) has stripped threads making my pedal crooked, I messaged immediately, got an email back, nothing else.
