How is the X1 different from a regular electric bike?
X1 is designed specifically for off-road and rugged terrains. It features a more powerful motor, longer suspension travel, and better tire traction. Compared to a regular e-bike, it’s closer to an electric dirt bike, perfect for intense riding and outdoor adventures.
Is the X1 suitable for kids or beginners?
X1 is suitable for teens and adults. Its low seat height design accommodates riders 4'2″ and taller. Beginners can start in PAS 1 mode to practice safely and avoid excessive power output
Is daily maintenance complicated?
Routine maintenance only involves checking brakes, tire pressure, battery status, chain, and screws. Unlike traditional gas-powered dirt bikes, there’s no complex engine upkeep
What type of braking system does the X1 use?
X1 is equipped with dual-piston hydraulic brakes, delivering strong and reliable stopping power, perfect for off-road conditions.
Is the X1 noisy?
No. X1 only produces sounds from the electric motor and tire friction. Compared to gas-powered dirt bikes, it’s about 90% quieter, making it suitable even for city riding without disturbing others.
What protective gear do I need?
At a minimum, always wear a full-face helmet during regular rides. For off-road or challenging terrain, we recommend knee pads, elbow pads, gloves, and body armor.
Is the large-capacity battery safe?
The X1 battery features an advanced Battery Management System (BMS) and undergoes rigorous testing to prevent overheating, overcharging, and short circuits, ensuring safe rides
Is the X1 street-legal?
In most states, electric dirt bikes like the X1 can be ridden legally without a driver’s license. Local laws vary, so check your state regulations before riding.

Do you support US pickup?
Currently, most of our products are for pickup, but to ensure quick shipping, our warehouses are located in various cities across the United States. Therefore, please pay attention during checkout to see if there is inventory available for pickup in your area.After successfully placing your order, please wait for the BOL (Bill of Lading) that we will send you before heading to the warehouse for pickup. (Do not go to the warehouse for pickup before receiving the BOL.)

Does my height suit the X1?
The recommended rider height is 4'2" - 6'.
Do I need to assemble the bike?
We have already assembled 90% of the bike. You just need to tighten the wheel bolts, install the seat, and attach a few small components, and you'll be ready to go.
What's your warranty policy?
Aipas offers a one-year warranty on all e-bikes, for more specific warranties, please check our warranty policy.
What's your return policy?
Customers are allowed to submit a return request within 14 days of delivery via service@aipasbike.com. For more specific return and refund, pls check our return policy.
Why did I buy two e-bikes but only receive one tracking number or have them arrive at different times?
Since each e-bike is shipped separately, it’s possible that due to the shipping carrier, they may arrive at different times. Please don’t worry. If you have any questions, feel free to contact our customer service department for the latest updates.
