BAFANG 1800W Power
The M1 Pro features a 1800W outer rotor BLDC motor from the BAFANG sub-brand. The motor is equipped with a 5-level pedal assist system (PAS). At level 1 PAS, the controller can deliver a torque of up to 110 Nm, while at level 5 PAS, the speed can reach 36MPH or higher. The motor utilizes a sinusoidal wave structure and can rotate at a speed of 4478 revolutions per minute within one minute. The BLDC motor boasts low interference, low noise, smooth operation, high speed, high temperature resistance, and a longer lifespan (over 200,000 hours), ensuring stability and reliability in various complex environments and prolonged riding sessions.

What is the biggest feature of M1?
Compared to M2, our M1 lowers the overall frame height, making it more accessible for customers interested in trying out an off-road style of riding and enhancing comfort during rides.
Will there be safety risks with the battery?
Our battery is UL certified, so there are no issues with everyday use. However, it's advisable to avoid placing it near sources of fire or other hazardous areas. Additionally, all our vehicle batteries and accessories are rated IPX6 for water resistance, meaning they can operate even in rainy weather. Nevertheless, for safety reasons, it's best not to use them in rainy conditions.
Do you support US pickup?
Currently, most of our products are for pickup, but to ensure quick shipping, our warehouses are located in various cities across the United States. Therefore, please pay attention during checkout to see if there is inventory available for pickup in your area.After successfully placing your order, please wait for the BOL (Bill of Lading) that we will send you before heading to the warehouse for pickup. Does the M1 have a speed limit, and how can it be removed?
About the limit speed setting, you can check as following steps.
1/Press the plus '+' and the minus '-' buttons simultaneously for few seconds, then enter the Settings Menu.
2/Press 'switch' button to change the number into '08P' which is the speed limitation setting.
3/Default speed setting is 32 km/h, so press the '+' button to make it higher.
4/Shift the rear derailleur to the 7 speed and press the '+' button to the PAS 5, then you could ride it with about 28 mph.
Of course, our max speed can't reach 100 km/h, only reach about 45 km/h when you hold the rear wheel above the floor and the battery in fully charge.
Does my height suit the M1?
The recommended rider height is 5'5" - 7'2".
Do I need to assemble the bike?
We have already assembled 90% of the bike. You just need to tighten the wheel bolts, install the seat, and attach a few small components, and you'll be ready to go.
What's your warranty policy?
Aipas offers a one-year warranty on all e-bikes, for more specific warranties, please check our warranty policy.
What's your return policy?
Customers are allowed to submit a return request within 14 days of delivery via service@aipasbike.com. For more specific return and refund, pls check our return policy.
What's your shipping policy?

Why did I buy two e-bikes but only receive one tracking number or have them arrive at different times?
Since each e-bike is shipped separately, it’s possible that due to the shipping carrier, they may arrive at different times. Please don’t worry. If you have any questions, feel free to contact our customer service department for the latest updates.
