The bike is great but the speedometer was broke and ive left a couple of messages and no call back

Great product easy to replace. Didn't use the replacement grip provided because I swapped for wider MTB style grips. The thumb throttle gives me more control in tight trail riding conditions. It's also more comfortable, natural, and less wrist fatigue for me than the twist. Whether ripping by myself or just on a chill ride with my wife its exactly what I was hoping it would be. BTW my wife wants one for her bike now 😆
The battery arrived in the excellent condition.It was well packaged and arrived on time. The battery fit the bike perfectly And worked well

Great power and range! I ended up getting 73 miles out of my initial charge.
The only thing to consider for anyone looking at the M2 Pro is the size. It's on the heavier side and isn't great for smaller people. I am 6' and my wife is 5'8". I manipulate the bike fine, but she has a tougher time with the weight and height of the cross bar. Even with the weight and height, she is super happy with her choice! She's ridden hers to work every day since getting it.
Put 50 miles on the M2 Max and it is an awesome Bike! I’m so glad I have hydraulic brakes, they work unbelievably well in stopping. I added the extra wide seat which is very comfy for any length of a ride, all in all the price compared to other e-bikes in the same class can’t be beaten!

super happy with the way the bike handles. it has decent range. lights r really good. speedometer is not quite accurate and stops at 36.5 even if bike goes faster
I am very pleased. Shipped FedEx and arrived in 3 days. Easy assembly, manual and tools, nice, no issues. The M1 step thru frame is great. Easy touch when in deep sand. Fit and finish of all parts good.
Love the bike super fast easy to maneuver and I could ride for days!

I love the new F3 Max. The 4 inch tires make a big difference as well as larger battery. Also like that turn signals addition.This is the second Aipas bike for me . I bought the F3 back in 2024. Love it then so I upgraded to the Max. Thanks for a great product.
The Noseless Oversized bike seat is comfortable and easy on the buttocks, love it!
