Received my bike within a week of ordering. This is my 2nd Aipas bike and this one didn't disappoint either.
Assembly was quick and easy and nothing needed adjustment. It was ready to ride in an hour. The only complaint is the placement of the kickstand too close to the arch of the pedals. My heel bumped it too often. I bought an aftermarket one that mounts further back. Problem solved.
We have had our Aipas e-bikes for roughly 2 weeks and ride them daily. A few miles a day. The battery has been on full since we charged the first time. The bikes are so nice, excellent quality and very sturdy. They are heavier then I was expecting but not to bad walking up hill or stairs since they have the walk assist option. The headlight is very bright, the suspension is great and the screen is easy to toggle through when you are riding. It definitely goes fast. I highly recommend these bikes they are very reasonably priced for the bike you get. The colors are beautiful. My bike is a very nice sleek black and my wife’s is a vibrant purple which she loves.
Purchased the C1 Express for a friend and she absolutely loves the e-bike. Well engineered and lots of features. Safety never sacrificed with Aipas products.
I love my bike. I am super impressed with it. It is sturdy, strong, fast, so helpful going uphill, top notch quality!!
Great bike, has taken my big self commuting to work and back over 15 miles on hilly terrain. It was so smooth and easy. I enjoy biking again!
This bike was actually fairly easy to install...I love that it came with every single thing required to assemble it and the tools were actually nice quality!! The bike feels of quality and is super easy to operate!! The seat is very nice and comfortable and the display is very easy to read...The lights are fantastic on the bike too!! My favorite ebike yet!!
First off the bike is packahed extreamlly well. The assebelly is very straight forward and easy to assemle with the tools included. I think this is a very rare insident, I believe 99.95% of AiPas Bikes will come perfect, mine came with the front caliber hanging by cable, 2 screws and its on, easy, it would only shift in 2 gears, watched a youtube video, and was able to get all 7 gears, again, easy. It says its to come with 2" wide kevlar puncture reisistiant tires , Mine came with 1.95 tires and a differant brand, I have no idea if they are puncture reistaint or not, but I always but slime in my tires, works everytime, no big deal. The rims did not have and reflectors on them, no big deal, They are sending them to me. now the bike, first off it looks really sharp, i was able to hit 28 MPH no problem, this bike is quick and fast. Test ride, I rode 20 miles averging around 20 MPH using throttle only and I got about 30 -32 miles on the battery, thats fantastic for throttle only, most of the time I was in pedal assist 3. It has a nice size and easy to read color display, MPH, battery level, Trip, odomoter, A usb C charger, turnn signal, brake light, headlight, the ride is very comfortable and stable. There is nothing NOT to like about the C2 i would recomend this bike to anyone who will be riding on payvment, the C in C2 is for City, you will not be dissapointed. VERY NICE BIKE !!!!
The seat that comes with the bike is absolutely horrendous to sit on. The so called Instructions is absolutely worthless. If you can look at the pictures and assemble from there your golden. When riding the bike the front end has shake. Other than that bike seems to be ok for now.

Wonderful 5-tier customer service!! Excellent packaging, presentation and easy assembly, reliable and impressive shipping. I just purchase 2 of the A4’s but considering one of their mountain bikes after having an awesome experience with my last purchase. Once I engaged the peddle assist, I was amazed. I’m coming from only tradition bicycling experience and never put much thought into e-bikes. This is a whole new level and Aipas helped deliver this new experience to me. I had excellent presale and post sale correspondence with customer service. They are super nice and great to work with. I did not receive a promotion or get anything free for writing this nor am I affiliated with the company whatsoever. I was very skeptical at first because I wasn’t familiar with the brand. The company treats you first class before take off and after landing. You won’t regret and I guarantee you will be recommending them to all your family and friends like I have. I love my A4 but would love to have an M2 Pro in my arsenal. If you’re having trouble deciding a color for the A4, I got the turquoise color A4 for my girlfriend. That color is beautiful in realtime! Mix it up with either orange or pink accessories and it pops!
Bikes are high quality, battery dies a little faster than I hoped.
Other than being a large heavy bike, it’s a great deal for the price. I haven’t been on a long ride yet as I’m still installing accessories, but in the short time I’ve ridden it I’ve found it exceptionally easy to ride and the functions are easy to use. It has plenty of power and is plenty fast enough for my needs. I got it to help build my legs up due to arthritis. I highly recommend this bike to anyone!!
I got this bike to travel to and from my deer stand, as the walk is 700 yards one way. This bike goes above and beyond what I expected. It was a simple 30min assembly, and rides like a dream. It is super quiet, and comfortable. Will be ordering my wife one next.

Big and comfortable
I have 4 different ebike and the M1 Pro had become my go to bike. I get compliments every where I go. I got the blue and the color just pops! Im in love with this bike.
