The C1 Plus features a 1100W（C1 Standard Edition 750W） outer rotor BLDC motor from the BAFANG sub-brand. The motor is equipped with a 5-level pedal assist system (PAS).The motor utilizes a sinusoidal wave structure and can rotate at a speed of 3805 revolutions per minute within one minute.

Cruise Control & Motorcycle-Style Hand-Twist Throttle
Using a motorcycle-style twist throttle allows for more precise speed control. Once you reach your desired speed by twisting the throttle, simply press and hold the “-” button to activate cruise mode. The eBike will maintain that speed until you lightly tap the brakes to deactivate it.

What is the biggest feature of C1?
Compared to C2, our C1 lowers the overall frame height, making it more accessible for customers looking for a sportier riding style and enhancing comfort during rides. Of course, if conditions allow, we still recommend purchasing the C2, as its frame is better suited for riders over 5.1 feet tall.
Will there be safety risks with the battery?
Our battery is UL certified, so there are no issues with everyday use. However, it's advisable to avoid placing it near sources of fire or other hazardous areas. Additionally, all our vehicle batteries and accessories are rated IPX6 for water resistance, meaning they can operate even in rainy weather. Nevertheless, for safety reasons, it's best not to use them in rainy conditions.
Does my height suit the C1?
The recommended rider height is 4'5" - 6'5".
What is frame made of?
Our C1 commuter ebike's frame is made of High-Step Aluminium alloy. The aluminum alloy frame is lighter in weight, has excellent corrosion resistance, is high in strength, and can withstand greater loads.
Do I need to assemble the bike?
We have already assembled 90% of the bike. You just need to tighten the wheel bolts, install the seat, and attach a few small components, and you'll be ready to go.
Why did I buy two e-bikes but only receive one tracking number or have them arrive at different times?
Since each e-bike is shipped separately, it’s possible that due to the shipping carrier, they may arrive at different times. Please don’t worry. If you have any questions, feel free to contact our customer service department for the latest updates.

We really love the bike. Easy to assemble. Great build. Rides smooth
I am short enough that most bikes do not fit me, so I was specifically looking for an ebike that would fit me. Not only does it fit me, building it was easy, it rides very well, and the controls for the electronics are intuitive. I'm really liking this bike so far and look forward to using it more :)
Wonderful bike...just the right size and smooth riding. Customer service is top- notch as I asked several questions about assembly and they responded quickly with helpful answers.
I have had this bike for a little over a month and I have to be real honest that I am quite impressed at everything you get for the price. Additionally, riding it is also pretty comfortable and it’s smooth on take-off with the electric motor.
I am having so much fun on this bike. I used to dread going up steep hills, but now I love it! With pedal assist it is a breeze! Have only had the bike 2 weeks and have already put 200+ miles on it!
