The recommended rider height is 5'5" - 7'2".

Do I need to assemble the bike?

We have already assembled 90% of the bike. You just need to tighten the wheel bolts, install the seat, and attach a few small components, and you'll be ready to go.

Why did I buy two e-bikes but only receive one tracking number or have them arrive at different times?

Since each e-bike is shipped separately, it’s possible that due to the shipping carrier, they may arrive at different times. Please don’t worry. If you have any questions, feel free to contact our customer service department for the latest updates.

Great Power, Easy Setup, and Excellent Visibility

I've been very impressed with the Aipas M1 Pro eBike. Right out of the box, the assembly process was straightforward and easy to follow. Even with minimal bike assembly experience, I had it put together and ready to ride in a short amount of time.

The power of this bike is one of its standout features. It accelerates smoothly, handles hills with ease, and provides plenty of assistance when needed. Whether commuting or cruising for fun, the motor delivers a strong and reliable performance.

Another feature worth highlighting is the headlight. It's exceptionally bright and provides excellent visibility during early morning or evening rides. Not only does it help illuminate the road ahead, but it also makes me feel safer by increasing my visibility to others.

Overall, the Aipas M1 Pro offers a great combination of power, convenience, and safety. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and user-friendly eBike.

We also purchased the baskets with the bike, but the baskets never arrived. We emailed the customer service and heard back from them within 24 hours and they shipped them out right away! Some of the reviews state customer service is horrible, we had absolutely no issue.

Gettin to know aipas bikes

This is my second aipas bike. You cannot beat them for the money

It is heavy at 90 pounds but I'm 6'1" so should be ok. I cannot peddle hills--only flats or downhill. I definitely want a 2nd battery as a 'reserve' so I'll save my pennies. I'll revisit this when all my legal stuff gets here like a helmet and the lock I ordered plus my extra large seat. I have had butt cramps in the past so I will see if it's adequate. LOVE THE COLOR! Will be limited to shorter trips for a time as I live in the country.
