Shipping Policy
The A2, priced at $699, has exceeded our brand's sales expectations, selling over 20,000 units in a short time, resulting in a significant workload for our staff. Our team is working swiftly to package orders, but the promised delivery time of 3-5 days might experience some delays. However, we will ship orders as early as possible. If you have any special circumstances, please contact us at service@aipasbike.com, and we will respond within 24 hours. Additionally, if you are interested in applying for a job, you can reach out to us via the same email. We are currently hiring packaging personnel.
Aipas offers a 1-year warranty service. For vehicle issues not caused by human error, there are three solutions:
1-Contact Aipas staff to have replacement parts shipped to you.
2-Have the vehicle repaired at a local repair shop and provide proof of payment, after which Aipas will reimburse the cost.
3-If there is an Aipas dealer nearby, you can take the vehicle to them for repairs. Aipas will reimburse all related expenses to the dealer.

Once your order is shipped, it will arrive at your provided address within 3-5 days. We kindly ask that you refrain from canceling your order after shipment, as this creates significant workload for us. BAFANG 750W Power
The A2 features a 750W outer rotor BLDC motor from the BAFANG sub-brand. The motor is equipped with a 5-level pedal assist system (PAS). At level 1 PAS, the controller can deliver a torque of up to 55 Nm, while at level 5 PAS, the speed can reach 28MPH or higher. The motor utilizes a sinusoidal wave structure and can rotate at a speed of 1159 revolutions per minute within one minute. The BLDC motor boasts low interference, low noise, smooth operation, high speed, high temperature resistance, and a longer lifespan (over 200,000 hours), ensuring stability and reliability in various complex environments and prolonged riding sessions.
Equipped with Samsung 48V 11Ah battery
The A2 electric bike, powered by Samsung 21700 battery cells, offers several advantages in terms of battery performance. Compared to traditional 18650 cells, 21700 cells typically have higher capacity, allowing them to store more energy. Additionally, the energy density is increased by 6% compared to 18650 batteries, meaning that in the same volume, 21700 batteries can provide longer range or higher power output. Moreover, the A2 electric bike features a quick-detach battery structure, making it easier to replace and maintain, providing users with a more convenient experience. Furthermore, the battery of this electric bike achieves an IPX6 rating, demonstrating excellent waterproof performance, ensuring reliable operation in various complex environments.

Adjustable suspension
The left and right rotation adjustment buttons allow you to adjust the suspension's softness or hardness, up to 100mm, to help you tackle different road conditions, ensuring a stable and safe ride.

What are the advantages of fat tires in all terrain conditions?

This thing is awesome!! I use it for my commute to work and it works great. I love how the throttle is designed like a motorcyle's instead of the lever type. It makes it easier for me as i am used to using motorcycles. I also love how strong the motor is. Going 28 mph with ease and the PAS is very responsive too. I would recommend getting the bike going a bit before switching to the PAS as the pickup is very strong. Just to avoid accidents.
I live in the mountains and this bike has no problems going up or down . I love it so much my husband got one too .
I’m glad that I bought this bike. My son doesn’t like to take a bicycle, but now he drives it everyday. I can tell he enjoys when he use this bike.
Although it took considerable amount of time to receive the bike the actual bike itself is absolutely beautiful and rides great just had to buy a new seat as the seats are way too hard
