Shipping Policy
The A2, priced at $699, has exceeded our brand's sales expectations, selling over 20,000 units in a short time, resulting in a significant workload for our staff. Our team is working swiftly to package orders, but the promised delivery time of 3-5 days might experience some delays. However, we will ship orders as early as possible. If you have any special circumstances, please contact us at service@aipasbike.com, and we will respond within 24 hours. Additionally, if you are interested in applying for a job, you can reach out to us via the same email. We are currently hiring packaging personnel.
Aipas offers a 1-year warranty service. For vehicle issues not caused by human error, there are three solutions:
1-Contact Aipas staff to have replacement parts shipped to you.
2-Have the vehicle repaired at a local repair shop and provide proof of payment, after which Aipas will reimburse the cost.
3-If there is an Aipas dealer nearby, you can take the vehicle to them for repairs. Aipas will reimburse all related expenses to the dealer.

Once your order is shipped, it will arrive at your provided address within 3-5 days. We kindly ask that you refrain from canceling your order after shipment, as this creates significant workload for us. BAFANG 750W Power
The A2 features a 750W outer rotor BLDC motor from the BAFANG sub-brand. The motor is equipped with a 5-level pedal assist system (PAS). At level 1 PAS, the controller can deliver a torque of up to 55 Nm, while at level 5 PAS, the speed can reach 28MPH or higher. The motor utilizes a sinusoidal wave structure and can rotate at a speed of 1159 revolutions per minute within one minute. The BLDC motor boasts low interference, low noise, smooth operation, high speed, high temperature resistance, and a longer lifespan (over 200,000 hours), ensuring stability and reliability in various complex environments and prolonged riding sessions.
Equipped with Samsung 48V 11Ah battery
The A2 electric bike, powered by Samsung 21700 battery cells, offers several advantages in terms of battery performance. Compared to traditional 18650 cells, 21700 cells typically have higher capacity, allowing them to store more energy. Additionally, the energy density is increased by 6% compared to 18650 batteries, meaning that in the same volume, 21700 batteries can provide longer range or higher power output. Moreover, the A2 electric bike features a quick-detach battery structure, making it easier to replace and maintain, providing users with a more convenient experience. Furthermore, the battery of this electric bike achieves an IPX6 rating, demonstrating excellent waterproof performance, ensuring reliable operation in various complex environments.

Adjustable suspension
The left and right rotation adjustment buttons allow you to adjust the suspension's softness or hardness, up to 100mm, to help you tackle different road conditions, ensuring a stable and safe ride.

What are the advantages of fat tires in all terrain conditions?
20"X3" fat tires provide upgraded grip and anti-skid capabilities. The unique tread pattern is designed and tested for riding on extremely rough terrain. The width of this tire reduces bumps, reduces fatigue and keeps you safe.

Purchasing a pair of the A2 bikes for my wife and I was a great idea. With her having emphysema, this makes riding near effortless for her. Great bikes.
The Aipas electric bike 2 bikes for one price deal is worth it since these bikes are well made and offer additional power and speed as well as a multitude of accessories. They are efficient and fun to ride.
OK so I ordered the combo after 3wks they finally responded that's when I was told there back ordered but from then on they always kept in touch. I finally received a shipping date 2 wks later I received the 1st bike a month from ordering then the 2nd bike came 4 days later so if your waiting for yours let me tell you it's well worth the wait.
Anyway these bikes are great easy to learn and easy to handle 👌 I love the 7 gears very nice when riding manually.
And let me tell you the pedal assist is great when you need it and plus they have cruise control AWESOME. I'll be honest I looked at several brands but the price for these with 750w motor beats all the other ones including Lectric high price less motor. I've put 100 miles on mine already no issues so far above and beyond well built and when I fold it fits right in the back of my car. Ok since they were back ordered I got to pick between mirrors and phone holders definitely picked the phone holder but I have not received them yet. Hopefully they will come.
Other than that couldn't be more happier with the purchase of the combo pack . I did invest in new seat though...Awesome Bikes.

First impressions, it is a nice e-bike. Very easy to assemble. My son uses it to go to work and is enjoying riding it.
This e bike has been a life saver for me. I used to walk a minimum of 8 miles a day going from home to university. This bike has saved me time and energy.
You’ll probably want to upgrade the seat with the seat suspension post.
