Pre-sale Policy
The current price of the A4 is $759, which is the New product launch price. Once we have sufficient stock, the price will be adjusted to $899. The A4 Gentry features an integrated frame design with flawless lines. It includes a three-level adjustable folding mechanism.
During the pre-order period, we will offer complimentary original battery, rear rack, mudguards, front suspension fork, and front rack to pre-order customers.
During the pre-sale period, promotional discounts cannot be combined with other offers. For example, if you use a military discount or a cash coupon, you will not be eligible for the free front rack promotion.
The A4 Gentry will begin shipping around July 10th. Our shipping policy is based on the order time, meaning customers who purchased earlier will have their orders shipped first on July 10th.
The A4 Gentry is currently under a pre-sale policy. Our factory is already in production, but we cannot achieve delivery within 3-5 days. Therefore, we are offering a significant discount to customers willing to support Aipas. BAFANG 1000W Power
The A4 Gentry is equipped with a 1000W outer rotor brushless DC motor from the BAFANG sub-brand. The motor features a 5-level pedal assist system (PAS). At level 1 PAS, the controller can deliver up to 78Nm of torque, while at level 5 PAS, the speed can reach 28MPH or higher. The motor utilizes a sinusoidal wave structure with a rotation speed of up to 3358 revolutions per minute (RPM). This BLDC motor is characterized by low interference, low noise, smooth operation, high speed, high temperature resistance, and an extended lifespan exceeding 100,000 hours, ensuring stability and reliability in various complex environments and prolonged rides.
Equipped with Samsung 48V 11Ah battery
The A4 E-Bike utilizes Samsung 21700 lithium-ion batteries, offering significant advantages in battery performance compared to traditional 18650 cells. 21700 batteries typically feature higher capacity, allowing for greater energy storage. Moreover, they boast a 6% higher energy density compared to 18650 batteries, meaning they can provide longer range or higher power output within the same volume. Additionally, the A4 electric bike features a convenient quick-detach battery structure, making it easier to replace and maintain, thereby enhancing user convenience. The bike's battery also achieves an IPX6 waterproof rating, ensuring reliable operation in various environmental conditions.

Equipped with a 20" x 3.2" puncture-resistant Chaoyang fat tire and front suspension, it can conquer flat roads, mountain trails, snowy terrain, and gravel paths, providing better traction.

How to Cancel an Order During the Pre-order Period

Why Does My Shipment Status Show "Label Created"?
When we prepare your order for shipment, we create a shipping label and wait for the courier to pick up the package. During this waiting period, and until the package is scanned by the courier, the status will show as "Label Created." Sometimes, even after reaching the courier's facility, the package may not be immediately scanned. Typically, you can expect an updated status within 1-2 business days.
