Pre-sale Policy
New product launch price for the C1 is $779. Once we have sufficient stock, the price will be adjusted to $799. The C1 Xpress features a step-through frame and swept-back handlebars designed ergonomically for a more comfortable riding posture.
During the pre-order period, we will offer complimentary original battery, rear rack, mudguards, front suspension fork, and front rack to pre-order customers.（Front Rack/Front Basket/Rear Basket Triple Choice）

BAFANG 1100W Power
The C1 features a 1100W outer rotor BLDC motor from the BAFANG sub-brand. The motor is equipped with a 5-level pedal assist system (PAS). At level 1 PAS, the controller can deliver a torque of up to 90 Nm, while at level 5 PAS, the speed can reach 28MPH or higher. The motor utilizes a sinusoidal wave structure and can rotate at a speed of 3805 revolutions per minute within one minute. The BLDC motor boasts low interference, low noise, smooth operation, high speed, high temperature resistance, and a longer lifespan (over 100,000 hours), ensuring stability and reliability in various complex environments and prolonged riding sessions.
Equipped with Samsung 48V 11Ah battery
The C1 electric bike utilizes Samsung 21700 lithium-ion batteries, which offer significant advantages in battery performance compared to traditional 18650 cells. 21700 batteries generally have higher capacity, allowing them to store more energy. Additionally, they boast a 6% higher energy density than 18650 batteries, meaning they can provide longer range or higher power output within the same volume. Furthermore, the C1 electric bike features a concealed battery structure, positioned on the upper tube for easy removal within 3 seconds, and it achieves an IPX6 waterproof rating.

Fork suspension

Why Does My Shipment Status Show "Label Created"?
When we prepare your order for shipment, we create a shipping label and wait for the courier to pick up the package. During this waiting period, and until the package is scanned by the courier, the status will show as "Label Created." Sometimes, even after reaching the courier's facility, the package may not be immediately scanned. Typically, you can expect an updated status within 1-2 business days.
What's the difference between C1 and C2?
C1 features a low-frame body, making it more suitable for individuals of varying heights compared to C2.
Does my height suit the C1?
The recommended rider height is 4'5" - 6'5".
What is frame made of?
Our C1 commuter ebike's frame is made of High-Step Aluminium alloy. The aluminum alloy frame is lighter in weight, has excellent corrosion resistance, is high in strength, and can withstand greater loads.
Do I need to assemble the bike?
We have already assembled 90% of the bike. You just need to tighten the wheel bolts, install the seat, and attach a few small components, and you'll be ready to go.
