Had a very easy buying process and shipping was fast . Package arrived undamaged and in great condition . Unfortunately on AIPAS S1 AMP the chain has broken at a link 4 days after ownership with only 30 miles on it.
I contacted customer service, and they emailed me right back . They shipped a brand new chain without issue . Great customer service will do business again . No problems .

Love the M1
I researched several weeks for my first e-bike. I read reviews and compared several different name brands. Overall, for the cost and features, I chose the Aipas M1 Pro. The bigger tires make it ride very smoothly even over the roughest terrain. It is built very solid, which makes it a little heavy, but i can still handle it well even though I am shorter (5 2). It was easy to assemble, and a great price. I would highly recommend this bike!
