Will there be safety risks with the battery?
Our battery is UL certified, so there are no issues with everyday use. However, it's advisable to avoid placing it near sources of fire or other hazardous areas. Additionally, all our vehicle batteries and accessories are rated IP65 for water resistance, meaning they can operate even in rainy weather. Nevertheless, for safety reasons, it's best not to use them in rainy conditions.
Why is there some noise when I brake?
Due to the new bike's disc brakes needing a break-in period, if the squeaking issue persists after some time, loosen the screws on both sides to ensure the brake pads and disc are perpendicular.
Why did I buy two e-bikes but only receive one tracking number or have them arrive at different times?
Since each e-bike is shipped separately, it’s possible that due to the shipping carrier, they may arrive at different times. Please don’t worry. If you have any questions, feel free to contact our customer service department for the latest updates.
Does my Aipas E-Bike come pre-assembled?
