    The bike showed up very well packaged. It was simple to put together. We did watch a video on how to start riding it and any extra hints about the bike. So far it has been fun and we are getting out and exercising. I will be buying another soon.

    Very sturdy and great quality. The bike rides nice with great features. The bike though sturdy is a little heavy.

    I ordered this for my son's 13th birthday. And was concerned about it getting here on time, and not only did it get here on time. It was easy to put together. It's an awesome bike. My son loves it. The only regret I have is not getting two of them so I could ride with him.

    What a great e-bike!!

    We finally got a chance to get out and ride our new bikes. What a wonderful experience. I was afraid my wife wouldn't like them but after reading reviews, I ordered us each one. Now, I can't keep her off it. The step-through is what really helped in her enjoying the bike, let alone the quality. The battery life is excellent, the power is there to get us up the hills and we can't be any happier. 15 days in and we are loving these bikes.
