    I received the bike much sooner than expected. It was very well packaged and arrived in great condition. Assembly instructions were not easy to follow however I was able to get it together.

    I recently purchased an AIPAS e-bike and was honestly impressed right from the moment I opened the box. Everything was packaged well and arrived in great condition. Assembly was straightforward and didn’t take much time at all—the instructions were clear and easy to follow.

    The bike itself feels very solid and well-built. You can tell it’s made with quality components, and it rides smoothly with plenty of power. It definitely exceeded my expectations for the price.

    What really stood out, though, was the customer service. They were incredibly easy to work with—responsive, helpful, and genuinely focused on making sure I had a good experience.

    Overall, I’d highly recommend AIPAS to anyone looking for a reliable and well-made e-bike.

    An amazing machine for the price!

    The M2 Max is a great bike for the price. The slightly longer wheelbase makes for a smoother ride, and the hydraulic brakes work amazing.

    The booklet and instructions for assembly of this moped were UNCLEAR! The instructions were written terribly and very Vague. Parts aren’t named or identified clearly in comparison to the written descriptions. The photos were …. UNRECOGNIZABLE! Too closely shot we weren’t able to get a perspective AT ALL!!! Two grown smart people were scratching their heads over much of the instructions. The bike is GREAT, really enjoying it! Perhaps do a YouTube tutorial… it would have saved us hours! And a lot of frustration!

    Bought for my husband and I to take camping with us. We enjoy exploring new campgrounds and enjoy the exercise. With these bikes there’s no worry if there is a big hill coming up or if the trail is super long, we have the electric to pitch in and help us out! Great shipping and easy to assemble.
