Our battery is SGS certified, so there are no issues with everyday use. However, it's advisable to avoid placing it near sources of fire or other hazardous areas. Additionally, all our vehicle batteries and accessories are rated IP65 for water resistance, meaning they can operate even in rainy weather. Nevertheless, for safety reasons, it's best not to use them in rainy conditions.
Currently, most of our products are for pickup, but to ensure quick shipping, our warehouses are located in various cities across the United States. Therefore, please pay attention during checkout to see if there is inventory available for pickup in your area.After successfully placing your order, please wait for the BOL (Bill of Lading) that we will send you before heading to the warehouse for pickup. (Do not go to the warehouse for pickup before receiving the BOL.)

We have already assembled 90% of the bike. You just need to tighten the wheel bolts, install the seat, and attach a few small components, and you'll be ready to go.
Since each e-bike is shipped separately, it’s possible that due to the shipping carrier, they may arrive at different times. Please don’t worry. If you have any questions, feel free to contact our customer service department for the latest updates.
