Great to ride around. Added a rear seat and does well with a 7 year old as well.
Great bike, incompatible rack system . Was highly satisfied with the bike but the rack wasn't appropriate for the M2 hydraulic bike as none of the components fit without being problematic even the rear rack when attached would hit the seat and the small of my back over the slightest bump .

I was so when I received my bike. I immediately took it out of the box and put it together with no problems. It's been years since I had ridden a bike but didn't take long to get back into it. The bike turned out to be everything and more than I expected. Your product is like I said in the title "AWESOME".

We ordered the two bike combo and one of the two bikes didn’t arrive. After looking at my order and info in the shop app I couldn’t figure out why just one arrived. I contacted customer service and they reported the color I picked was on back order. That is perfectly fine I understand that happens I just wish they would have had the information on my order on their website or on the shop app. Things happen though and that’s why I removed one star.
The one bike that did arrive is pretty cool! We put it together and drove around our home. Its real test will be our next camping trip. If it works as good as it did at home I will love it! Oh side note, the right blinker only works when it wants to. My guess is a short or something. We are going to keep messing with it. It is not a deal breaker for us because we mostly want it for camping.

Worth every penny, heavy construction and powerful.
So far so good. We are only 2 weeks in. Unboxing I had a concern with the rear brake handle, but reached out to support via FB messenger and got a response within 24 hours with YouTube videos on things to troubleshoot. (Which worked). It’s only been 2 weeks, and we have only ridden the bikes for about 10 miles, but so far we have enjoyed them. The bike seats are miserable, so that was the first upgrade. I’m 5’4 and have my seat in the lowest possible position and tippy toe the ground when sitting on the seat, but it’s completely manageable. My husband is 6’4 and it seems the bike was made for him! Perhaps I’ll do another review in a few months after we get some true miles and experience with the bikes.

Shipping was resonable, the bike is simply amazing.
Heavy to lift but an absolute joy to ride. Lots of power if you plan to use the e-motor to cruise but you can also pedal it and the bike rolls surprisingly easy for its size and weight. The huge tires are awesome and the front and rear suspension make a significant difference to conventional bikes.
Truly the king of the road when it comes to bikes!
Now, I’ve only ridden it once, and that was enough to know that I LOVE it! I live in the mountains and neighborhood is all hills. This bike allows me to make it up the hills without a problem!
Ican't really evaluate the Apia F-3 Max because I haven't taken the E-Bike for a ride yet even though I've completely changed the battery full so I plan on contacting Apia E-Bikes, customer. Thanks for reading my order experience.
