Bought this for my son after his was destroyed when he was hit by a car. I have researched various brands and models and went with this because I felt it fit his needs best and checked all my boxes for value, longevity, ease of installation and customer service. He has yet to ride it considering he is still in physical therapy but I do want to touch on just how wonderful the customer service team is. They messaged me the day after I sent a request for information on the bike and gave them a little bit of information about my son and not only did they help walk me through what would be best for him they seem genuinely concerned for his accident. I felt very comfortable with purchasing his bike and even after it was delivered I received the messages checking in on him. I've never had that happen to me over a purchase in my life. That to me speaks of not only the integrity of the company but the quality and genuineness that seems so rare in this world. I would 100% recommend this brand and their bicycles

Really cool bike but since the peddles are threaded in it in threads over time and comes off that’s really my only problem. Well and I really wouldn’t know how to return it if needed.

This bike was shipped quickly, and arrived ready to put together. The component and overall build quality exceeded my expectations, as did the ride itself. The only tiny complaint, if any, is that the assembly instructions aren't that clear, but it's all fairly easy to figure out.

Awesome bikes just have a rattle in the orange one and can’t find its real annoying but other than that real happy

Absolutely love my e-bike. Super easy to put together and came charged. Both myself and my husband are having a great time on the M1 and M2 Max.

I spent weeks watching YouTube and reading reviews trying to find the best budget E-bike for my self and kid, this Amp bike had great reviews and took the chance- super happy with the bike and the customer service was great when I needed a part. I highly recommend this bike if you are looking for a lower cost bike to start with.
