Keys arrived in the expected time frame! I recieved 2 sets of Keys but one of the sets was not compatible. Im sure this was done on purpose to ensure one of the sets matched the lock. Either way, I'm happy I can remove my battery again!
LCD screen came shattered
Overall, I am pretty happy with the bike. The bike does have plenty of power and I love the adjustable suspension giving you a custom feel to the road. I do feel that the bike goes through battery too quickly. The bike also rattles a little much for my liking. Overall, I would highly recommend this bike.
I purchased two of the white models and have been very impressed with the overall quality, performance, and value for the price.
I noticed one 1-star review where a customer said the bike wouldn’t power on. I experienced the same issue at first, but it turned out to be an easy fix. There is a small red power switch on the frame near the battery charging port that must be turned on before the bike will power up. I assume it’s left in the OFF position during shipping to prevent battery drain, so don’t overlook this step if your bike won’t turn on.
I spent nearly two months researching e-bikes before deciding on the Apias, and I’m glad I did. I especially like the 24-inch wheels, which make the bike easier for shorter riders to mount and dismount while still providing the feel and stability of a full-size bike.
The bike has plenty of power, and the battery life has exceeded my expectations. After an 8-mile ride, the battery indicator still showed a full charge.
Assembly was straightforward. The bike arrived about 85% assembled, and it took me about an hour to finish. There are also several helpful YouTube videos that walk you through the process.
Overall, this has been an excellent purchase. If you’re looking for a well-built, comfortable, and affordable e-bike, I would highly recommend this one. Buy with confidence!
I bought this for my husband. It's a big bike. He loves it. I bought the Grey, he thinks it looks lavender. I probably should have gotten the green one.But he still loves it.
I was looking for an e bike that didn’t break the bank. A bike that still had style and enough power to move me.
I have put 30 miles on it and so far it’s worked great for me. Good power and braking.
The videos kept showing easier assembly, just pull out the box and unfold...had to put several items together and it wasn't folded in the box. It is a wonderful bike with lots of power.
We are enjoying this bike trailer. My kids seem to enjoy riding in it even when it’s bumpy. We’ve used it on three long rides so far and the only issue we have is our 3 year old seems to be a little too tall with her helmet when the cover is on. I wish it were taller because I want it to last a couple years but I’m not sure it will still fit her.

These mirrors are super easy to install and have been a great addition. We live in a rural area - think dairy farms - and while traffic is low, there isn't sidewalks or bike lanes to use and we're having to ride in the lane. We absolutely need to keep an eye on traffic and navigate as we need to.
Awesome bike with average weight. Easy assembly and and looks amazing! Responsive and a nice riding bike. Please read and follow the manual!

I received our M2 & C1 eBikes. Fairly simple to unbox and assemble. I highly suggest you read the manual for both operating and assembly. The M2 is a little on the heavy side but manageable to pick it up and out of your truck. The C1 is average weight but both are really great riding bikes. Really responsive and easy to operate.

Fast delivery, packaged well for protection during delivery. bikes are built like a tank. Easy assembly, took less than 30 mins to assemble. Looking forward to putting some miles on them.
Great ride
I ordered 1 first for myself and unpacked it to assemble, no owners manual wi instructions to assemble but found a YouTube video that help. I called customer because I’m old fashioned and like an actual book to refer to, they hesitated at first but did agree to send me a manual. Family easy to assemble and the bike is great. My only disappointment is the battery life of 80 miles advertised is if you barely use the battery power or maybe riding with the wind pushing you. The speed topped out at 20 MPH but found a hack onYouTube the you can reprogram to hit 28 MPH. Overall I’m happy with the bike and order a second for my wife.
