Shipping Policy
The A2, priced at $699, has exceeded our brand's sales expectations, selling over 20,000 units in a short time, resulting in a significant workload for our staff. Our team is working swiftly to package orders, but the promised delivery time of 3-5 days might experience some delays. However, we will ship orders as early as possible. If you have any special circumstances, please contact us at service@aipasbike.com, and we will respond within 24 hours. Additionally, if you are interested in applying for a job, you can reach out to us via the same email. We are currently hiring packaging personnel.
Aipas offers a 1-year warranty service. For vehicle issues not caused by human error, there are three solutions:
1-Contact Aipas staff to have replacement parts shipped to you.
2-Have the vehicle repaired at a local repair shop and provide proof of payment, after which Aipas will reimburse the cost.
3-If there is an Aipas dealer nearby, you can take the vehicle to them for repairs. Aipas will reimburse all related expenses to the dealer.

Once your order is shipped, it will arrive at your provided address within 3-5 days. We kindly ask that you refrain from canceling your order after shipment, as this creates significant workload for us. Due to the high volume of current A2 orders, if you decide not to proceed, you can request a refund. We do not charge any fees for refunds requested before shipment. Additionally, we urge you not to initiate disputes. Initiating a dispute will freeze the funds and prevent us from processing your refund.

BAFANG 750W Power
The A2 features a 750W outer rotor BLDC motor from the BAFANG sub-brand. The motor is equipped with a 5-level pedal assist system (PAS). At level 1 PAS, the controller can deliver a torque of up to 55 Nm, while at level 5 PAS, the speed can reach 28MPH or higher. The motor utilizes a sinusoidal wave structure and can rotate at a speed of 1159 revolutions per minute within one minute. The BLDC motor boasts low interference, low noise, smooth operation, high speed, high temperature resistance, and a longer lifespan (over 200,000 hours), ensuring stability and reliability in various complex environments and prolonged riding sessions.

The A2 electric bike, powered by Samsung 21700 battery cells, offers several advantages in terms of battery performance. Compared to traditional 18650 cells, 21700 cells typically have higher capacity, allowing them to store more energy. Additionally, the energy density is increased by 6% compared to 18650 batteries, meaning that in the same volume, 21700 batteries can provide longer range or higher power output. Moreover, the A2 electric bike features a quick-detach battery structure, making it easier to replace and maintain, providing users with a more convenient experience. Furthermore, the battery of this electric bike achieves an IPX6 rating, demonstrating excellent waterproof performance, ensuring reliable operation in various complex environments.

Adjustable suspension
The left and right rotation adjustment buttons allow you to adjust the suspension's softness or hardness, up to 100mm, to help you tackle different road conditions, ensuring a stable and safe ride.

Can this e-bike fit in the trunk of my car?
Folded size of A2 is 33" x 31". If you have a van, SUV, sport utility vehicle or hatchback, you can put this folded ebike in the trunk of your car.

What are the advantages of fat tires in all terrain conditions?

Great Bike
Aipas®A2 Elite Ebike
The ebike is great, but it took us over 6 weeks to get it. Because of the delay they were suppose to send a complimentary mirror, but as of yet we have not received it.
I received my orange A2 2 weeks after I ordered and I was thrilled to get it. I had some going back and forth with the company because they we're extremely busy and I spoke to a lady called Vera in the " chat". She was extremely helpful and very patient and we got everything sorted out as I originally wanted the white one and ordered the orange by mistake. She told me I would have to wait a couple more weeks for the white one and I decided to take the orange one in case the San Andreas fault decided to have a meltdown. And boy I'm glad I did I've gotten so many compliments about it it is extremely powerful I love the cruise control the walking mode everything works perfectly it came unscratched I can't be more pleased I've had a few ebikes in the past but this is absolutely the best one so far I've eve owned. Again I would like to thank you and I wish to bring the attention to the company director and owners or whoever that she did a really great job. Again whoever sees this for you you will not go wrong for the price.Thanks Aipas and give Vera a raise. My order number was TC-2975. Michael
Satisfied with bike, only issue was the delay in shipping.
We are both 5’3” and in our 50s. The A2s are perfect! We’ve had larger e-bikes in the past, but we’re looking for e-bikes we could easily take camping and also ride around at home. These fit the bill. They are comfortable, quick, and easy to fold/unfold.
The bike is great. For the price it can't be beat. Just wish the battery had a higher Amp hour rating. Doesn't last more than 20 miles on PA5
