Thank you for your support, valued customer! The C2 has been extremely popular, and all 10,000 units in our warehouse sold out within a month. Our factory is now ramping up production, and we expect to start shipping on July 25th. For customers who purchase between June 25th and July 25th during the pre-sale period, Aipas will provide free fenders, a rear rack, a standard battery, a front suspension fork, and a choice of either a front basket or a rear basket.
If you have already made a purchase but prefer not to wait, please contact our customer service department at service@aipasbike.com for a refund. We do not charge any fees for refunds. We kindly request that you refrain from initiating disputes without contacting us for a refund, as this will freeze funds and delay the processing of your refund.

Aipas offers a 1-year warranty service. For vehicle issues not caused by human error, there are three solutions:
1-Contact Aipas staff to have replacement parts shipped to you.
2-Have the vehicle repaired at a local repair shop and provide proof of payment, after which Aipas will reimburse the cost.
3-If there is an Aipas dealer nearby, you can take the vehicle to them for repairs. Aipas will reimburse all related expenses to the dealer.

Once your order is shipped, it will arrive at your provided address within 3-5 days. We kindly ask that you refrain from canceling your order after shipment, as this creates significant workload for us. Due to the high volume of current C2 orders, if you decide not to proceed, you can request a refund. We do not charge any fees for refunds requested before shipment. Additionally, we urge you not to initiate disputes. Initiating a dispute will freeze the funds and prevent us from processing your refund.

The C2 features a 1100W outer rotor BLDC motor from the BAFANG sub-brand. The motor is equipped with a 5-level pedal assist system (PAS). At level 1 PAS, the controller can deliver a torque of up to 90 Nm, while at level 5 PAS, the speed can reach 28MPH or higher. The motor utilizes a sinusoidal wave structure and can rotate at a speed of 3805 revolutions per minute within one minute. The BLDC motor boasts low interference, low noise, smooth operation, high speed, high temperature resistance, and a longer lifespan (over 130,000 hours), ensuring stability and reliability in various complex environments and prolonged riding sessions.
Equipped with Samsung 48V 12Ah battery
The C2 electric bike, powered by Samsung 21700 battery cells, offers several advantages in terms of battery performance. Compared to traditional 18650 cells, 21700 cells typically have higher capacity, allowing them to store more energy. Additionally, the energy density is increased by 6% compared to 18650 batteries, meaning that in the same volume, 21700 batteries can provide longer range or higher power output. Moreover, the C2 electric bike features a quick-detach battery structure, making it easier to replace and maintain, providing users with a more convenient experience. Furthermore, the battery of this electric bike achieves an IPX6 rating, demonstrating excellent waterproof performance, ensuring reliable operation in various complex environments.

Equipped with a 27" x 2" puncture-resistant Chaoyang fat tire and front suspension, it can conquer flat roads, mountain trails, snowy terrain, and gravel paths, providing better traction.
Adjustable suspension with variable firmness

C2 FAQs
What are the advantages of 2.0 inch skinny tires?
Skinny tires are more efficient and easier to maneuver during daily commuting. They are much lighter and therefore offer less traction when riding on hard surfaces. This allows you to travel longer distances using less energy.
What's the difference between M2 and C2?
Aipas C2 is designed for amateur mountain bike riders, the differences are tires, motor and color
Does my height suit the C2?
The recommended rider height is 5'1" - 6'5".
What is frame made of?
Our C2 commuter ebike's frame is made of High-Step Aluminium alloy. The aluminum alloy frame is lighter in weight, has excellent corrosion resistance, is high in strength, and can withstand greater loads.

This bike is incredible! For the price I just can't believe all you get! The tires & battery alone would cost $100s of dollars to replace, it's crazy. The performance is outstanding, it's so fast, the battery life is stellar, and it honestly is a GORGEOUS bike! We purchased the Orange/Black bike, and the orange is phenomenal and black is deep black. The performance is just as good as bikes 3 times it's cost.Riding it is a dream, honestly I cannot recommend this bike enough!
We purchased 2 Aipas model C2 bikes on May 12, 2024. We were hoping to receive them before leaving the following week for Assateague Island, MD, but the shippment was delayed. We recieved a request from Aipas to allow them to send 2 gray colored bikes as our choosen colors were on back order. We accepted the offer.
I'm not surprised they were experiencing back order issues. The C2 model is a great value. We would have easily paid twice what we had just a year ago for a bike with comperable features. Hats off to Aipas!
When recieved, I took to assembling the bikes immediately. It was fairly simple using the YouTube videos for guidence. I was blown away at the quality fit and finish. This is a substantial piece of equipment. I was happy.
We just got back from a week at Cape Henlopen, DE. We rode the salt marsh trail to Rehobeth Beach, took the Lewes Ferry to Cape May, NJ exploring that area as well as rides to the beach and all over Cape Henlopen. Aipas C2 is a game changer for us. I am 66 years and my wife 61 years young. I can't recommend these enough. Get 2 of them or you will leave your partner in the dust.

Best bike for the money.
I ordered the C2Urban Commuter on a whim. I recently had heart surgery and this was a purchase that I wanted to use for my recovery plan. Some light biking and outdoor activity was just what the doctor ordered! I started slow and have already put over 100 miles in my first 2 weeks. I feel like a kid again exploring trails with my new C2. I enjoy the early morning trail rides so much I need to force myself to take it easy and save some emery for the next ride!
Unboxing and assembly wasn’t easy but also wasn’t hard - just need to be careful. The unboxing instructions and video were good, the lack of a printed user manual in the box was disappointing (I was able to print the PDF that I was sent by the Customer Service team). First ride was exhilarating and fun, I need to pay attention to the suggested settings as they may not suit everyone but should be fine for most people. I do not feel that I can comment on the range and endurance of the bike yet!
It’s good overall , fast but my battery isnt charging past 60-70%
One of the best purchases I’ve ever made. Super fun to ride. My only complaint is that the stock seat isn’t all that comfortable. Got a super wide from Amazon tho for $40.
