Aipas offers a 1-year warranty service. For vehicle issues not caused by human error, there are three solutions:
1-Contact Aipas staff to have replacement parts shipped to you.
2-Have the vehicle repaired at a local repair shop and provide proof of payment, after which Aipas will reimburse the cost.
3-If there is an Aipas dealer nearby, you can take the vehicle to them for repairs. Aipas will reimburse all related expenses to the dealer.

The M2 features a 1500W outer rotor BLDC motor from the BAFANG sub-brand. The motor is equipped with a 5-level pedal assist system (PAS). At level 1 PAS, the controller can deliver a torque of up to 110 Nm, while at level 5 PAS, the speed can reach 30MPH or higher. The motor utilizes a sinusoidal wave structure and can rotate at a speed of 4478 revolutions per minute within one minute. The BLDC motor boasts low interference, low noise, smooth operation, high speed, high temperature resistance, and a longer lifespan (over 200,000 hours), ensuring stability and reliability in various complex environments and prolonged riding sessions.
Equipped with Samsung 48V 13Ah battery
The M2 electric bike, powered by Samsung 21700 battery cells, offers several advantages in terms of battery performance. Compared to traditional 18650 cells, 21700 cells typically have higher capacity, allowing them to store more energy. Additionally, the energy density is increased by 6% compared to 18650 batteries, meaning that in the same volume, 21700 batteries can provide longer range or higher power output. Moreover, the M2 electric bike features a quick-detach battery structure, making it easier to replace and maintain, providing users with a more convenient experience. Furthermore, the battery of this electric bike achieves an IPX6 rating, demonstrating excellent waterproof performance, ensuring reliable operation in various complex environments.

What are the advantages of fat tires in all terrain conditions?
26"X4" fat tires provide upgraded grip and anti-skid capabilities. The unique tread pattern is designed and tested for riding on extremely rough terrain. The width of this tire reduces bumps, reduces fatigue and keeps you safe.
What is frame made of?
The frame of M2 is made of High-Step Aluminium alloy. The aluminum alloy frame is lighter in weight, has excellent corrosion resistance, is high in strength, and can withstand greater loads.

Seems like a quality bike that will hold up well
I had never ridden an E-bike before so I didn¡¯t know quite what expect. A friend suggested I get one after I gave away my Yamaha scooter (gas engines and I just don¡¯t get along). Although winter continues to hold on where I live we have had a few warm days so I¡¯ve had a chance to try out my new bike. I must admit I have been favorably impressed. The bike came well -packaged, was easy to put together and has been a blast to ride! I don¡¯t expect any long-distance riding (I¡¯m not a spring chicken anymore) but I do enjoy the comfort and maneuverability of the bike. Highly recommend it.

I bought my first ebike and surprised my wife with one of these. This bike doesn't have a long range battery so as long as it will do what you want it to do I say go for it. Like most bikes the seat was not as comfortable as she liked so I bought one of the oversized seats and she is happy. The weather hasn't been good so just waiting for better weather to check it's range.
An excellent e-bike for the money. Pleasantly surprised. Not super-bougie, but everything is solid and works. 4.5/5.
Assembly wasn't easy but the bike is really nice and so much less than many others. I have had it for about 3 months now and my wife loves it. It almost looks like a regular bike. Sleek with smooth power delivery. Will definitely be buying another in a different color when their prices match the grey one.
Really solid and fun bike to ride to class! I¡¯ve had the bike for about a month now and it¡¯s a game changer for this semester & summer. My campus is pretty big and this makes getting from building to building much easier. Only things I would consider replacing are the handle bars with rubber ergonomic ones and the quick release front wheel with hex locking skewers.
