Shipping Policy
The A2, priced at $699, has exceeded our brand's sales expectations, selling over 20,000 units in a short time, resulting in a significant workload for our staff. Our team is working swiftly to package orders, but the promised delivery time of 3-5 days might experience some delays. However, we will ship orders as early as possible. If you have any special circumstances, please contact us at service@aipasbike.com, and we will respond within 24 hours. Additionally, if you are interested in applying for a job, you can reach out to us via the same email. We are currently hiring packaging personnel.
Aipas offers a 1-year warranty service. For vehicle issues not caused by human error, there are three solutions:
1-Contact Aipas staff to have replacement parts shipped to you.
2-Have the vehicle repaired at a local repair shop and provide proof of payment, after which Aipas will reimburse the cost.
3-If there is an Aipas dealer nearby, you can take the vehicle to them for repairs. Aipas will reimburse all related expenses to the dealer.

Once your order is shipped, it will arrive at your provided address within 3-5 days. BAFANG 750W Power
The A2 features a 750W outer rotor BLDC motor from the BAFANG sub-brand. The motor is equipped with a 5-level pedal assist system (PAS). At level 1 PAS, the controller can deliver a torque of up to 55 Nm, while at level 5 PAS, the speed can reach 28MPH or higher. The motor utilizes a sinusoidal wave structure and can rotate at a speed of 1159 revolutions per minute within one minute. The BLDC motor boasts low interference, low noise, smooth operation, high speed, high temperature resistance, and a longer lifespan (over 200,000 hours), ensuring stability and reliability in various complex environments and prolonged riding sessions.

The A2 electric bike, powered by Samsung 21700 battery cells, offers several advantages in terms of battery performance. Compared to traditional 18650 cells, 21700 cells typically have higher capacity, allowing them to store more energy. Additionally, the energy density is increased by 6% compared to 18650 batteries, meaning that in the same volume, 21700 batteries can provide longer range or higher power output. Moreover, the A2 electric bike features a quick-detach battery structure, making it easier to replace and maintain, providing users with a more convenient experience. Furthermore, the battery of this electric bike achieves an IPX6 rating, demonstrating excellent waterproof performance, ensuring reliable operation in various complex environments.

Mechanical Button Design

Adjustable suspension
The left and right rotation adjustment buttons allow you to adjust the suspension's softness or hardness, up to 100mm, to help you tackle different road conditions, ensuring a stable and safe ride.

I have several e-bikes for myself and my granddaughters, unpacking and minor assembly bike looks to be a good sturdy well thought out bike! My granddaughters are out now riding, they checked in with 5 miles on it and so far are impressed with how well it is made, I’ll check back later after some more miles…….
Comfortable, good power assist and smooth ride. The brakes could use an upgrade, feel a bit sticky. A shock absorber in the seat stem would be nice, but I do like the bike.
Bike was will worth the wait. It is well built. Color is great (orange). Seat is comfortable. Controls is in a great location. Would recommend the aipas A2 elite to anyone.
Have had this ebike for 3 weeks and just love it! Going to order another one.
While I'm still evaluating the bike (only had it a week), have to say it performs pretty well-can easily hold 20 mph (haven't unlocked it yet) and handles and stops well. Living in an apartment, we appreciate the folding capabilities (my wife also has one). While the instrument panel isn't fancy, it provides all the necessary information, and the speedometer seems accurate. Again, for the price, it's competitive with more expensive bikes.
As for gripes: I'd say delays in shipping (to be fair, some of that might have been out of the company's control, and they did provide decent communications), slightly squeaky brakes (although stopping is excellent), no indication when either the light or turn signals are operating (perhaps an auditory signal or indicator on the panel?), and lastly, greater battery range (at least the option to get a higher amp battery)...but for $699, not bad at all...
Aipas®A2 Elite Ebike
We ordered two of these bikes, and are extremely pleased with their quality. There was hardly any work to do to get them set up out of the box, and we are already enjoying them. We mounted seats for our grandsons and they are thrilled as well! My wife is just 5' and she is very comfortable on the bike. I am 5'10" and the same model bike fits me perfectly.
