BAFANG 1100W Power
The C1 features a 1100W outer rotor BLDC motor from the BAFANG sub-brand. The motor is equipped with a 5-level pedal assist system (PAS). At level 1 PAS, the controller can deliver a torque of up to 90 Nm, while at level 5 PAS, the speed can reach 28MPH or higher. The motor utilizes a sinusoidal wave structure and can rotate at a speed of 3805 revolutions per minute within one minute. The BLDC motor boasts low interference, low noise, smooth operation, high speed, high temperature resistance, and a longer lifespan (over 100,000 hours), ensuring stability and reliability in various complex environments and prolonged riding sessions.

The C1 electric bike utilizes Samsung 21700 lithium-ion batteries, which offer significant advantages in battery performance compared to traditional 18650 cells. 21700 batteries generally have higher capacity, allowing them to store more energy. Additionally, they boast a 6% higher energy density than 18650 batteries, meaning they can provide longer range or higher power output within the same volume. Furthermore, the C1 electric bike features a concealed battery structure, positioned on the upper tube for easy removal within 3 seconds, and it achieves an IPX6 waterproof rating.

What is the biggest feature of C1?
Compared to C2, our C1 lowers the overall frame height, making it more accessible for customers looking for a sportier riding style and enhancing comfort during rides. Of course, if conditions allow, we still recommend purchasing the C2, as its frame is better suited for riders over 5.1 feet tall.
Will there be safety risks with the battery?
Our battery is UL certified, so there are no issues with everyday use. However, it's advisable to avoid placing it near sources of fire or other hazardous areas. Additionally, all our vehicle batteries and accessories are rated IPX6 for water resistance, meaning they can operate even in rainy weather. Nevertheless, for safety reasons, it's best not to use them in rainy conditions.
Does the C1 have a speed limit, and how can it be removed?
About the limit speed setting, you can check as following steps.
1/Press the plus '+' and the minus '-' buttons simultaneously for few seconds, then enter the Settings Menu.
2/Press 'switch' button to change the number into '08P' which is the speed limitation setting.
3/Default speed setting is 32 km/h, so press the '+' button to make it higher.
4/Shift the rear derailleur to the 7 speed and press the '+' button to the PAS 5, then you could ride it with about 28 mph.
Of course, our max speed can't reach 100 km/h, only reach about 45 km/h when you hold the rear wheel above the floor and the battery in fully charge.
Does my height suit the C1?
The recommended rider height is 4'5" - 6'5".
What is frame made of?
Our C1 commuter ebike's frame is made of High-Step Aluminium alloy. The aluminum alloy frame is lighter in weight, has excellent corrosion resistance, is high in strength, and can withstand greater loads.
Do I need to assemble the bike?
We have already assembled 90% of the bike. You just need to tighten the wheel bolts, install the seat, and attach a few small components, and you'll be ready to go.

I ordered this bike on 8/25 and received it on 9/3. I immediately put it together and wanted to try it out. As soon as I started pedaling the chain popped off the sprocket near the pedal. I put it back on but it kept happening. I emailed Aipas customer support and got a reply about 12 hours later asking for pictures and video. I replied and added the requested pictures and video. Another 12 hours later I got a reply saying they agree my crank sprocket was deformed and they would be sending me a new one. I expressed my thanks to them and figured that was it and I was happy with how the interaction went.
The email response time seemed to drag but I believe a time zone difference had a large part to play in that. They were extremely courteous and more than helpful in getting me a replacement party. The compensation and additional gift was an extreme bonus.
I would 100% recommend this company. My husband ordered the same ebike as me and it came with all parts intact and I have been able to try his out and it really is a great product. Great ebike and exceptional customer service.
